SALES CONVENTION 2026

/ General Session Highlights / University Sessions / Sunshine Kids Benefit

There is nothing I can compare to the electrifying energy that Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network members created in Nashville as we took over the city for our annual convention.

The excitement had been building for months before MORE 2026; it was rippling through the network and creating a groundswell. When we all descended on Music City, that spirit and enthusiasm truly came alive.

As I took to the main stage for the first time as president of this incredible brand, the electricity in the room was palpable. And that intensity echoed throughout the entire event—from the cheers of applause for our remarkable award winners and keynote speakers, to the hustle and bustle in the corridors between university sessions, the buzz of conversations throughout the Exhibitor Hall, the glasses clinking at various events across the city, and of course, the dance moves during our Sunshine Kids benefit concert featuring Tim McGraw.

We had an absolute blast, and more than that, it was clear that my main goal was achieved: Each and every network member left with a little something more—more connections, more education, more information, more tools, more insights, and more friends from around the world.

If I could define the feeling of MORE, I would describe it as capturing lightning in a bottle. When I flew home to Omaha, I took with me so many great new memories and a supercharged momentum that I can’t wait to carry forward.

Thank you for bringing the energy to Nashville, for being excited to learn, eager to network, and having big, open hearts in giving back to our very important Sunshine Kids.

I can’t wait to see you in Denver for MORE 2027—it’s going to be all of what we experienced in Nashville, and more.

A Vision for MORE:

VINCE LEISEY TAKES CENTER STAGE

In one of the most personal and forward-looking moments of MORE 2026, Vince Leisey, president of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network, took to the General Session stage to share his vision for the brand’s future—one rooted in relationships, investment, and shared growth.

Leisey’s address served as both an introduction and a commitment. While many in the room knew him from decades of leadership within the network, this was his first Sales Convention as president of the global network, and he spoke candidly about what drew him to the role and the responsibility he feels to agents, brokers, and leaders. “This is more than a position,” he said. “It’s a responsibility to protect, strengthen, and grow the foundation of this network.”

Tracing his roots to his mother’s real estate career in the 1970s, Leisey reinforced a core belief: this is, first and foremost, a people business. While technology, AI, and tools continue to evolve, he emphasized they cannot replace trust, kindness, and collaboration. The lessons his mother instilled—respecting other agents, listening before negotiating, and leading with care—remain central to his leadership philosophy.

He then turned to what lies ahead. “The industry is changing faster than ever, and we need more clarity, more support, and more growth,” he said. Central to that strategy is connection—particularly through live, in-person experiences.

“Live events change lives,” Leisey said, underscoring a renewed commitment to gatherings as catalysts for learning, collaboration, and momentum. These moments, he noted, spark idea-sharing, accelerate best practices, and build relationships that can’t be replicated digitally. The impact is tangible: stronger referral pipelines, faster innovation, and shared success across markets.

Beyond events, Leisey highlighted investments in tools and partnerships designed to better support agents—from enhanced marketing platforms to data-driven insights—emphasizing that the goal is leverage. “We want you to work smarter,” he said, “not harder.”

Marketing also took center stage, with a preview of the brand’s evolving storytelling approach. Campaigns like Born for This reflect what sets the network apart: agents whose passion began long before they earned their license. “The true strength of our brand,” he said, “is our agents.”

He closed with a call for unity and an abundance mindset, stressing that success cannot be dictated from the top—it must be built together. “This must be a network that listens, builds, and grows together,” Leisey said. “If we do that, the best is yet to come.”

For a network built on trust and long-term relationships, Leisey’s message was both reassurance and rallying cry: invest in people, embrace change, and stay connected—because growth doesn’t happen in isolation.

OUR NEW PRESIDENT

Growing up, Vince Leisey watched his mother build a career in real estate—a journey that began when their family moved to Dayton, Ohio, and later took root in Omaha. Her example shaped his understanding early on that the business is fundamentally about people and relationships. She taught him that success isn’t built on routine hours, but on dedication, adaptability, and a genuine passion for serving others.

After earning a finance degree from the University of Nebraska, Vince followed in her footsteps, beginning as a salesperson and steadily rising into leadership. He has worked at every level of the business—from agent to broker to, for the last 25 years, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ambassador Real Estate in Omaha—the latter a position he now holds alongside president of the brand.

The early years were not easy. Vince and his mother worked tirelessly to sustain their brokerage, often relying on their own production to keep the business moving forward. In the 1990s, as he stepped into management, he balanced ambition with financial uncertainty, helping guide the company through its formative years.

A pivotal moment came when his mother was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Her resilience and unwavering will to live deeply influenced Vince, reinforcing the importance of purpose beyond business success. After her passing in 2001, he made a defining decision: to fully commit to a career centered on enriching the lives of others through real estate.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ambassador Real Estate has grown into a thriving organization with more than 1,000 agents and thousands of annual transactions. As president, Vince is focused on driving continued growth while staying true to the values that built his career—prioritizing relationships, leading with kindness, embracing change, and pursuing excellence with genuine passion.

Hope, Responsibility, and the Power of Not Quitting

Nick Vujicic didn’t take the General Session stage at MORE 2026 to deliver a feel-good story. Speaking to a packed room of more than 4,500 network members, he shared a clear, practical message about responsibility, resilience, and the daily decisions that shape both performance and purpose.

Vujicic is a globally recognized speaker, The New York Times bestselling author, and founder of Life Without Limbs, a nonprofit organization dedicated to sharing messages of hope and possibility around the world. Born in Melbourne, Australia, without arms or legs due to a rare congenital condition, he has spoken to millions across more than 70 countries, advising corporations, governments, schools, and faith-based organizations on leadership, mindset, and overcoming adversity.

Despite being known for his remarkable life circumstances, Vujicic was deliberate in shifting the conversation away from sympathy and toward ownership. “No matter what seeds were trying to be planted within me,” he told the audience, “I still had to make the choice to believe.”

Early in his remarks, Vujicic introduced a concept he returned to throughout the session: the difference between thinking, believing, and knowing. “Based on these three things, you will then decide what your actions are,” he said. That progression, he explained, is what ultimately defines courage. Rather than confidence or fearlessness, courage is clarity in action.

Courage is not an absence of fear. You will always be afraid, but if you know [you need] to do something, then you do it." — Nick Vujicic

That clarity resonated deeply in a room filled with professionals who navigate change, uncertainty, and pressure as part of daily business life. Vujicic acknowledged that stress doesn’t disappear at the next milestone—whether that’s graduation, a promotion, a new client, or retirement. “You are never going to get to a point where everything’s perfect,” he said. Fulfillment, he argued, doesn’t come from external achievements but from reaching the full potential you’re capable of reaching.

Importantly, he tied that idea back to relationships and balance. Success at work, he noted, erodes quickly when foundations at home are neglected. “If your family ain’t good, if your marriage ain’t good, and your home ain’t good, it’s harder to be good at work.” For Vujicic, personal integrity, emotional presence, and

intentional communication are skills that are intrinsically linked to performance.

Throughout the keynote, failure was consistently reframed as an asset rather than a threat. “Failure equals education,” he said. “If failure becomes your classroom, you can’t lose.” Obstacles, market cycles, and industry shifts weren’t positioned as setbacks, but as opportunities to learn, adapt, and lead with humility. “The constant is change,” he reminded the audience. “Yesterday’s success doesn’t determine tomorrow’s success.”

The most powerful moments came when Vujicic turned inward, speaking candidly about self-talk and resilience. “Some of you are your biggest bullies,” he said, urging attendees to become their own first supporters instead of their harshest critics. His call to action was simple but demanding: stop opting out of possibility before giving yourself a chance.

Near the end of his address, Vujicic underscored hope as something practiced, not awaited. Progress, he noted, often begins not with a miracle, but with a decision to move forward anyway. “When you don’t get a miracle, be one,” he said.

For a network built on long-term relationships, integrity, and resilience across every market cycle, Vujicic’s keynote served as both reminder and challenge: success begins not with circumstances, but with the decision to keep going—and to believe that your full potential is still unfolding.

Challenges the Network to Become the 6% DR. MICHELLE ROSEN

In keeping with the theme of the event, Dr. Michelle Rosen shared that most people say they want MORE— more momentum, more balance, more growth. However, she noted how rarely that intention turns into sustained action, and centered her session on the behaviors and followthrough required to achieve more.

Rosen, a leadership strategist, researcher, and author, built her message around a straightforward question: why do capable, motivated people so often stay stuck doing the same things? And she had the data to back up this query. After surveying 1,000 people across the U.S. who set personal or professional goals at the beginning of the year, Rosen tracked their progress through midyear. By February, 94% had abandoned their commitments. Only 6% followed through.

That gap, Rosen explained, reflects patterns people repeat—often without realizing it. To illustrate the point, she introduced a metaphor that surfaced throughout the keynote: standing at an elevator and pressing the call button repeatedly, despite knowing it won’t make the elevator arrive faster. The issue is about repeating familiar choices while expecting different results.

Rosen then addressed why change encounters resistance. “Our brain takes about 20% of our overall body energy just to get by,” she said. “That’s a huge amount of energy just to do what you know how to do already.” When asked to do something new—adopt unfamiliar technology, change habits, rethink workflows—we often default to what feels efficient and safe. Over time, that resistance shows up as inertia. The challenge, she emphasized, isn’t the market or the industry—it’s adjusting how we respond to them.

From there, Rosen shifted to what increasingly sets professionals apart. In a world marked by distraction, she described human connection as an underused advantage.

People are hungry for connection and the more digital this world becomes, the more critical the power of human connection and presence becomes.”

— Dr. Michelle Rosen

As an example, she shared what she calls the “mirroring rule.” Rather than trying to change others directly, Rosen encouraged attendees to

start with their own behavior. Want openness? Lead with it. Want trust? Demonstrate it first. She cited neuroscience research showing that a specific, genuine compliment activates the same reward centers in the brain as receiving cash— recognition that strengthens connection and momentum.

Later in the keynote, Rosen introduced the Law of Specification, explaining why broad goals fail more often than they succeed. Vague intentions overwhelm the brain; specific plans remove negotiation. “Success is when you said you were going to do the thing—and you actually did the thing,” she said. Clear parameters around what will happen and when make execution more likely.

That thinking continued into her approach to productivity. She argued that busy isn’t the same as

effective. Through her “0 to 10 Rule,” she encouraged attendees to identify no more than three priorities each day that genuinely move the needle. Real progress, she noted, comes from protecting time for the work that matters most.

As the session moved toward execution, Rosen invited attendees to publicly commit to one specific action they would take over the next 30 days. Saying the commitment out loud, she explained, increases the likelihood of follow-through. Growth rarely arrives at the perfect time—it’s built by acting before conditions feel ideal.

For professionals navigating constant change, Rosen left the audience with a clear distinction: progress favors those willing to move from intention to action—and that is what separates the 6% from the rest.

Celebrating Our Award Winners

Each year, we recognize the agents, teams, and companies who lead the way in transactions, achieve the highest GCI, and set the standard for excellence across our network. These individuals and organizations represent the very best of what MORE stands for:

True Masters of Real Estate.

This year, our top performers from across the network were honored on stage in a celebration that was as dynamic as it was well-deserved. The awards presentation was paired with a vibrant, daredevilstyle performance that brought an extra level of excitement and energy to the moment. It was a powerful way to spotlight the achievements of our winners while creating an unforgettable experience for everyone in attendance.

Here’s cheers to all of our award winners. You inspire us each and every day. Keep up the great work!

Powered by Kindness, Driven by Sunshine

For more than three decades, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices companies have raised millions of dollars in support of The Sunshine Kids, a nonprofit dedicated to uplifting the lives of children with cancer. Since 1982, the organization has provided free programs, group activities, and emotional support to young patients undergoing treatment across North America.

Through fundraising initiatives and hands-on volunteer efforts, the network’s brokers, managers, and sales professionals continue to create meaningful moments of joy for kids when they need it most.

At MORE 2026, attendees had the opportunity to recognize the incredible strength of these children and hear firsthand

how The Sunshine Kids has enriched their lives. The event also celebrated the companies that raised the most funds in 2025, honoring their generosity and impact.

Together, the network remains committed to supporting The Sunshine Kids and making a lasting difference.

Insights & Impact: The University Experience

They came seeking knowledge and actionable takeaways and left with so much more—renewed energy, fresh perspective, and the momentum to take their business to the next level.

The halls of the Music City Center were bustling and buzzing as network agents moved between four Super Sessions and 32 dynamic University sessions this year. From insights shared by top network agents on the luxury panel, to strategies for social

media that moves homes, the art of “storyselling,” the evolving role of AI in real estate, and so much more, the program delivered depth and diversity at every turn. Speakers offered practical tools, proven approaches, and forwardthinking perspectives designed to elevate every attendee’s business long after Sales Convention ended.

At the heart of the lineup were four standout Super Sessions, each crafted to spark new thinking and deepen expertise.

Mark Stark’s “Advanced Techniques for Thriving in Any Real Estate Environment” focused on transformation across four key areas: achieving financial goals, building a referral-driven client base, creating personal fulfillment, and reigniting passion for both life and work. It served as a powerful roadmap for sustainable success in any market condition.

Chelsea Peitz’s “How to Build an Un-Copy-Pasteable Personal Brand on Social Media” challenged conventional content strategies by emphasizing authenticity. She demonstrated how to combine personal stories, expertise, and aligned messaging to build trust and meaningful audience connections.

Matt Britton’s “Navigating Tomorrow: Revolutionize Real Estate with AI Insights” explored the impact of AI, automation, and evolving consumer behavior, outlining how agents could adapt and stay competitive.

And lastly, “There’s No Place Like Sold! A Journey to Real Estate Relationship Mastery” offered an immersive, story-driven experience that reimagined how relationships are built in today’s market. Blending humor with a fairy-tale-inspired narrative, the session followed an agent’s journey through doubt and discovery, revealing that true success comes from connection, consistency, courage, and the

smart use of technology. Check out the full scoop on There’s No Place Like Sold on pages 18-19.

The beauty of University was that there was truly something for everyone. From breaking into commercial real estate and strengthening lead generation strategies to mastering Google Business Profiles, discovering must-have mobile apps, and turning connections into closings, there was no shortage of valuable insights. Each session offered practical, real-world guidance that agents could immediately apply, ensuring that every attendee—regardless of experience level or specialty—went home with new ideas and a clear plan to implement them.

There’s No Place Like Sold

Attendees experienced something entirely different at this year’s Sales Convention with the debut of our first-ever immersive Super Session, There’s No Place Like Sold: A Journey to Real Estate Relationship Mastery.

Inspired by a familiar, fairy-taleadjacent world, the experience guided agents through a reimagined path to success, one centered on connection, trust, and momentum in a changing market. Designed to help agents strengthen relationships, earn trust, and accelerate growth in today’s market, There’s No Place Like Sold blended humor, emotion, and practical insight into a fully immersive storytelling environment.

With the help of professional live actors, experts from across the network, and silent disco-style headphones, attendees moved through a series of visually striking rooms where best practices revealed themselves in unexpected moments.

A special appearance by Bright MLS Chief AI Officer Rajeev Sajja, formerly SVP of Digital Marketing at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS®, added a forwardlooking perspective on the role of technology in scaling relationships.

At the heart of the story was Wendy, a struggling agent navigating an all-too-familiar attack of self-doubt. As she encountered

a prospective customer, the Scarecrow, and absorbed words of wisdom projected onto the walls from agents across the network, Wendy began to reconnect with what truly drives success. Through courage, consistency, and clarity, she eliminated her self-doubt and transformed the relationship, turning the Scarecrow into her client.

Following the immersive journey, guests gathered for a 15-minute AI masterclass led by Sajja, who laid the foundation for using modern technology to enhance relationships, streamline workflows, and amplify what makes each agent uniquely effective in today’s market.

The response to There’s No Place Like Sold was overwhelmingly positive, delivering inspiration and actionable insights to thousands of network members.

The takeaway was clear: real estate success isn’t about shortcuts, it’s about relationships, trust, and the smart use of technology to scale what already makes you, you.

Because in real estate, there’s truly no place like sold.

Exhibitor Showcase

The Exhibitor Hall buzzed with excitement throughout MORE 2026 as network agents connected with representatives from 66 companies offering tools and services to streamline real estate operations and drive business growth.

The opening night kicked off in style with a lively Exhibitor Networking Party, where a live DJ, craft drinks, and Nashville-inspired bites set the tone for an electric evening. Attendees explored immersive booth experiences—playing games, entering giveaways, and discovering standout branded goods.

Conversations flowed over the coming days as professionals exchanged fresh ideas, uncovered new opportunities, and strengthened relationships face-to-face.

Blending high-energy fun with meaningful business interactions, the Exhibitor Hall delivered a vibrant experience that left attendees both inspired and informed.

We had a FANTASTIC event in Nashville—there’s nothing better than getting face to face!"

Nashville’s Neon Finale

Music has always been part of Nashville’s DNA, so it’s hard to look back on MORE 2026 without acknowledging the role it played throughout the week. From the buzz of Broadway to moments inside Music City Center (shout out to the Exhibitor Hall DJ!), music was a constant presence— well before the final night brought everything together with the Neon Cowboy Tailgate and Tim McGraw Sunshine Kids Benefit concert.

Outside of Sales Convention, attendees had time to take in the city, where live bands packed the bars and the sound of crashing drums and twanging guitars spilled into the streets—often becoming the night’s unofficial after-hours agenda.

Monday evening set the tone with the Award Winners Reception at Lainey Wilson’s Bell Bottoms Up. Spanning four floors, the venue offered a range of experiences throughout the night. A rocking live band kept the top floor moving (the singalong to Life Is a Highway was epic), a country duo played standout covers on the first floor, and dueling pianos turned the basement into a full party. It was varied, lively, and unmistakably Nashville.

Then Tuesday night brought proceedings to a peak. Ahead of Tim McGraw’s performance, guests gathered for the Neon Cowboy Tailgate. From the moment attendees arrived, glowing guitars, sweeping searchlights, and an LEDlit entrance set the scene.

The Neon Cowboy Tailgate created a space for mingling, photos, and preconcert partying. Oversized cowboy boots, neon cacti, giant records, glowing guitars, and the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Neon Cowboy Wall kept phone cameras busy, while the Swag and Merch Station stocked light-up cowboy hats, neon bandanas, and other pieces that carried straight into the concert.

Neon-lit food stations served elevated Southern bites and signature cocktails flowed from glowing bars—fueling a crowd dressed in full Neon Cowboy Chic, from denim and fringe to statement boots and bold hats.

The night culminated with Tim McGraw taking the stage for the Sunshine Kids Benefit concert. His set blended newer hits with longtime fan favorites, moving between rock-driven moments and classic country tunes. With a full band behind him, McGraw played with an easy confidence, visibly enjoying the night as much as the crowd did, even noting how cool it was to look out at a crowd lit up by flashing cowboy hats.

It was an ending that made sense for Nashville, bringing MORE 2026 to a close with music leading the way.

5 Things I Loved About MORE 2026

Attending MORE this year was an experience that left a lasting impression on me both professionally and personally. From the moment I arrived, I could feel the energy, collaboration, and sense of purpose that make this event so special. It's an environment that consistently inspires growth and reinforces the strength of our network. Looking back, here are five things I loved most about my time at MORE.

1. Meaningful connections

One of the most valuable parts of my experience was connecting with so many of our network members. I am always struck by our network’s collaborative spirit, and I felt it in every interaction—whether it was a quick introduction or a deeper conversation about business strategies. These are the moments that lead to new relationships, fresh ideas, and real opportunities. It’s this willingness to share and support one another that truly sets our network apart.

2. Valuable university sessions

The university sessions delivered real, actionable insights that our network members could take home and use right away. I appreciated how each session focused on practical strategies, whether it was refining marketing skills, learning new approaches to organization, or gaining a fresh perspective on working with AI. These sessions weren’t just informative—they were designed to create immediate impact, helping attendees elevate their business and better serve their clients.

3. Incredible keynote speakers

MORE featured truly inspiring voices who brought both energy and insight to the stage. Hearing from Dr. Michelle Rozen and Nick Vujicic were highlights I won’t soon forget. Each speaker delivered messages that were both motivational and practical, offering tools and perspectives that our network agents can apply immediately in both business and life. Their stories and insights challenged us to think bigger and push beyond our limits.

4. Unforgettable celebrations

The celebrations throughout MORE were nothing short of incredible. From the Award Winners Reception and Neon Cowboy Tailgate to the Tim McGraw Sunshine Kids Benefit concert, every moment was filled with excitement and purpose. These events brought the network together in a meaningful way. For me, celebrating alongside peers while also supporting the Sunshine Kids made it even more impactful and memorable.

5. Experiencing Nashville’s energy

Being in Nashville added something extra special for me. The city’s energy is contagious, and it elevated the entire experience. Walking down Broadway, exploring the honkytonks, and taking in the rich musical history made everything feel more vibrant and memorable. Nashville again became part of the story of MORE and enhanced every moment of the event.
