ANNE CLOSED 30 DEALS SINCE SEPTEMBER 2021, 12 IN THE CITRUS, 10 IN PGA WEST
THE QUESTIONS THAT EVERY POTENTIAL SELLER HAS IN MIND ;
IS IT THE RIGHT TIME TO SELL? AM I TOO LATE? The market in the Citrus just moved to an official “Neutral” market, with 5 months of inventory (anything under 3 months qualify as seller market). There are more listings on the market today than a year ago, with a total of 4 listings for sales and 1 listing under contract. There are 2 listings pending, which proves that buyers are here! And the good news is: The Average Sold Price per Square Footage was up 4.5% ($575 / Sq.Ft.) compared to previous month and up 60.6% compared to last year. We get the impression that the listings stay longer on the market, but it is not the case for the Citrus: 29 days on the market in October vs 34 days last month and the same as in October of last year. Buyers are here and will keep coming. They put a little break this summer, but they can not resist the attraction of the desert and please remember that 60% of the homes sold in the Desert are cash buyers!
