The 208 Building will be a mixed-use building is designed for one to three retail spaces on the ground floor with a lobby and elevator to the residences. Think apparel, jewelry, gifts, that type of store. The finishes will be commensurate with the current luxury listings in Ketchum, in a location that we believe is superior to anything else that is currently offered in town, (or in development now), being one block east of Main St. There will be a common entry with a private elevator and private garages for the two premium units. In addition, the roof top will be finished with benches, planters and possibly more amenities. There will be stairwell access only to the garage for all residents.

The 208 Building was designed for the future of what Ketchum is to become - increased density but with an aesthetic to the past by using traditional materials like brick and stone. Since the location is a corner lot, it can take advantage of views that many other downtown condominiums will never have.
