Mo Willan
Mo Willan is a Professor of Marketing and Strategy at Hult, where he previously served as Campus Dean for a decade across London, Boston, and San Francisco. A former Group Marketing Director at Lafarge, he also ran his own consultancy, working with Coca-Cola, Barclays, and The British Council. An Oxford and Cranfield graduate, Mo is a Chartered Marketer and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). He was named one of Poets & Quants’ Top 50 Global Undergraduate Business Professors in 2020 and earned Hult’s Professor of the Year award for seven consecutive years (2012–2018). A lecturer at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, Jashin teaches the core career education course, where she is ranked one of the top instructors for energy, empathy, and expertise. Born in São Paulo, Brazil, Yan Kaled is the Founder and CEO of HiSolver, Inc., and holds a MEng in Computational Science and Engineering by Harvard SEAS, where he was the first student awarded the three most prestigiou fellowships for LATAM students, the Leadership Fellowship from Estudar Foundation, and the Lemann and Behring Fellowships. At Harvard, Yan worked on the Master's Thesis that originated HiSolver, an AI-powered Social Marketplace that allows creators to scale their community building and digital businesses with a new suite of digital products, such as multimodal interactive AI Clones, and automatically generated Micro SaaS.

Thomas Sullivan

Thomas Sullivan is a Professor of Practice in Leadership and Organizational Behavior at Hult International Business School.
With 25 years of global experience as a consultant, coach, and facilitator, he specializes in leading personal and organizational change. Co-founder of My City at Peace, a community-driven initiative to reduce urban violence, Thomas blends academic insight with hands-on impact. Fluent in Spanish and English, he has worked extensively in Mexico, where he met his wife and raised part of their family. Honored as Faculty of the Year, he’s known for his engaging teaching and leadership development work.

Guillermina “Mina” Sanchez, a PhD candidate in Integrative Medicine (Quantum University, HI), MBA, architect, and Executive Business Consultant, serves as a Student Development Coach at her alma mater. Her unique blend of science, design, and human development fuels her multidimensional approach to leadership and growth. Born in Argentina and raised in Brazil before moving to Boston in 2016, Mina’s pluricultural background has fueled her international career. She has led transformative projects across Latin America, India, Europe, and the U.S., driving innovation in tech, arts, and education. Passionate about bold living, she turns every interaction into an opportunity to ignite purpose, foster connection, and inspire change.
