Director, Energy Services
Jared has 20+ years of experience in oil and gas, energy, land development, municipal project management, and environmental services. He has overseen civil and oil and gas projects involving transmission pipelines, natural gas infrastructure, utility systems, and water and wastewater facilities. Jared currently manages engineering teams specializing in pipeline design, integrity, and power and controls.
JARED HOLLAND
Sr. Project Manager, Energy Services
Jared has more than 21 years of energy and project management experience leading large-scale oil and gas projects from conception to completion. His expertise includes more than 3,000 miles of high-pressure pipelines, meter stations, pump stations, compressor stations, and Horizontal Directional Drill design. He works closely with regulatory agencies, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
DAVE SMITH
Sr. Corrosion Integrity Specialist
Dave has 20+ years of corrosion experience. He began his career in the U.S. Navy Submarine Force before transitioning to the oil and gas pipeline industry. He has been involved in transmission pipeline projects and cathodic protection systems, overseeing 8,500 miles of pipeline as a Sr. Corrosion Integrity Specialist for multiple operators. Dave oversees a team supporting multiple operators on new construction, AC mitigation, coatings, and troubleshooting.
TONY MEIER, RPLS
Director, Survey
Tony is a registered surveyor with 30 years of experience in land surveying and serves as Director overseeing electric delivery, energy clients, and land surveying operations. His expertise spans boundary, utility, control, topographic, design, and hydrographic surveying for land development, energy, transportation, and construction projects, supporting clients such as CenterPoint Energy, Entergy, TxDOT, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

Director, Environmental Services
Grant has 24 years of environmental project management and consulting experience specializing in environmental permitting, regulatory assessments, compensatory mitigation, and cultural resource management. He has supported pipeline and infrastructure projects throughout the Gulf Coast, with expertise in wetland delineation, Clean Water Act permitting, and protected species consultation.
