Bluegrass Care Navigators Dedicates New Memorial Tree Sculptures At Bluegrass Care Navigators, we are always honored to provide space for

our patients and families to celebrate

each other throughout their end-of-

emotional significance but also in their exquisite craftsmanship. Created from steel by the renowned Kentucky artists, Matthew and Karine Maynard of
