Events & Notices SPRING EQUINOX FLOWER PARADE.
The Spring Equinox Flower Parade started today. The local businesses and organisations have placed their creations along Vincent Street, and there is still time if you wish to contribute. A map of Vincent Street and a registration will be available at the Beverley CRC, or contact Michelle 0407 570 295. On Wednesday 30 September everyone involved in removing their installations. Vote for your favourite by simply filling in the voting ballot available in shops and below.
BEVERLEY AG MUSEUM
The Ag Museum at Avondale Farm is open to the public every 2nd & 4th Saturday of each month, from 8.30am to 2.30pm. Entry is free. If you require an alternative viewing day for a better experience, please ring John on 9646 0768.

Please make welcome our October Artist in Residence, award winning artist Linda Macaulay from Melbourne, and joining her, WA artist, Corrine Rapley. Both will have their stunning work on display and some for sale. Linda is happy to talk all things art, if you have missed the workshops, call in and have a chat. SWEET AND SAVOURY PASTRY CLASS
Learn the art of making pastry in this morning class at the Beverley CRC. Jenny Foster will give you her tips and tricks that she has gained through her years of cooking. She will be demonstrating both savoury and sweet pastry making and then make some chicken pies and lemon meringue pies for everyone to taste. Join us on Tuesday 13 October at 10am - 11am. $10 p/person and bookings are essential, phone 9646 1600.

ANGLICAN PARISH OF BEVERLEY-BROOKTON
This Sunday 27 September at 10.00am at St Mark’s Church, Brookton, there will be a combined service at which Paul Morrison, musician, singer, former football chaplain, Sonshine FM presenter and director, as well as a son of Pingelly, will be a special guest preacher and lead singer. There will be no service at St Mary’s Church, Beverley. On Sunday 04 October there will a service in honour of John Ramsden Wollaston and the Blessing of the Fleece at the Church of St John in the Wilderness, The Dale at 3.00pm with a “bring and share” afternoon tea to follow. There will be no service at St Mark’s Church, Brookton or St Mary’s Church, Beverley.
