SPOT THE SCAM & KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!
We are pleased to welcome representatives visiting as part of The Regional Awareness and Accessibility Program (RAAP). This initiative brings multiple oversight, complaints-handling, and community-support agencies directly to regional Western Australia to improve local access to services. Come along to hear from and ask questions to representatives from:
• Consumer Protection WA – Get the latest updates on scams, online shopping, refunds, contracts, and tenancy issues.
• Equal Opportunity Commission (EOC) – Learn about your rights under equal opportunity laws and how discrimination or harassment complaints are handled.
• Ombudsman Western Australia – Understand how complaints about WA government agencies are investigated to ensure fair public administration. Whether you want to protect yourself from sophisticated AI scams or simply understand your consumer and community rights, this is your chance to speak directly with the experts.

BEVERLEY OP SHOP
The Op Shop opens this Friday 19 June from 11.00am, closing at 2.30pm. We will be open on Saturday 20 June from 9.00am - 12 noon.
BLACK COCKATOO REVEGETATION PLANTING DAY
Help us plant 10,000 native seedlings in the last cleared section of the Dale River Reserve on Deep Pool Road on Saturday 27 June. A volunteer briefing at 10am before the 10.30am start. We will supply planting equipment, refreshments and a sausage sizzle lunch. We ask that you wear closed in shoes and BYO a chair & water bottle. BEVERLEY AG MUSEUM
The Ag Museum at Avondale Farm is open to the public on the 2nd & 4th Saturday of each month, from 8.30am to 2.30pm. We apologise for the ‘poor lighting’ inside, we are awaiting power line repairs. Free entry. If you require an alternative viewing day for a better experience, please ring John on 9646 0768.
Church Notices
ST PAUL’S CHURCH, EDWARD’S CROSSING
A service to celebrate with thanksgiving the 177 years since the building of St Paul’s Church at Edward’s Crossing in 1859. Join us for Wa service at the church this Sunday 21 June at 3 pm. After the service those attending will adjourn to one of the hotels in Beverley to continue the celebrations with a meal. There will be no other service in the parish on that day.
LEGO CLUB
Weekly sessions of Lego Club are held on Thursdays, 2.35pm - 3.35pm at the Cornerstone. Open to children aged 5+, cost is $2 per week (includes healthy snacks). For more information please call the friendly team at the CRC 9646 1600.

The Beverley CRC is taking expressions of interest for an exciting Mosaic Workshop on Saturday 18 July. This hands-on session offers a base price of $105, with additional options to choose from depending on what you’d love to create:

Mosaic Lazy Susan or Mosaic Tray: $135
