U.S. ARMY WAR COLLEGE WELCOMEBAGS Each summer the Chamber provides “Welcome Bags” to the hundreds of military students that arrive to study at Carlisle’s own US Army War College. With them come their families who will live, work and play in the greater Carlisle area. They will become our neighbors, friends, colleagues, and students. Welcome bags provide two major benefits: they help the new arrivals get acquainted with the Carlisle community AND they provide an opportunity for our members to reach a new audience…for FREE! This member benefit is a cost-effective way for businesses to introduce their services to the newest members of our neighborhood. The Welcome Bag sponsor gains even more exposure by having their brand in front of everyone associated with the project; incoming students, their families, other Chamber businesses, and volunteers.
