Presentation skills overview Introduction As a team leader, you are required to communicate clearly and confidently with a range of stakeholders. This may include colleagues, senior leaders, governors, external partners or wider teams. Effective presentation skills go beyond standing in front of an audience. They involve structuring information logically, using appropriate technology, adapting your message to suit different audiences and responding professionally to questions. Strong presentation skills support your wider leadership development and are directly relevant to the ‘Presentation with questions’ assessment (method 1) within the End-Point Assessment (EPA).
