Apprenticeship with NPQLT or NPQLTD or NPQLBC
This session is to share and take feedback on the:
Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship with NPQLT or NPQLTD or NPQLBC
Programme title: Leader Apprenticeship with NPQ (x3)

The Leader Apprenticeships (x3) are a dual award which has mapped the
DfE’s three specialist NPQs to the Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship.
This combination means learners concurrently earn two highly prestigious qualifications.
Learners gain specialised expertise in leadership from the NPQs.
Simultaneously, the apprenticeship provides invaluable cross-sector insights and dedicated support, with practice-based learning ensuring new skills are embedded directly within your organisation/s.

include…
• Enhanced Leadership Training: Gain access to extended leadership training that goes beyond the standard NPQ curriculum, ensuring apprentices are well-prepared for any challenge.
• Expert Support & Coaching: Benefit from additional support and coaching from seasoned tutors and coaches, providing personalised guidance and insights.
• Collaborative Learning Experience: Participate in the NPQ Face-to-Face events, fostering collaboration and networking opportunities.
• Wraparound Apprenticeship Benefits: Enjoy the comprehensive support of an apprenticeship, including structured learning and practical, hands-on experience.
• BPN Boost: A unique provision with Best Practice to support the apprentices’ personal development and wider career aspirations.

• The Leader Apprenticeships with specialist NPQs are for individuals who are, or are aspiring to be, leaders in teaching, teacher development and behaviour and culture in their organisations.
• Although the roles vary, many aspiring leaders contribute to all aspects of the school through their teams as well as possibly having a specific whole school responsibility of their own.
• This means their roles can be both operational and strategic and rely on working with and through colleagues (in particular, through middle leaders) to ensure pupils and staff get the very best outcomes.
