MIFFY

A SPECIAL SHAPE PACKAGING

Berlin Packaging supported the launch of a Personal Care line dedicated to the iconic character Miffy. The challenge was to reproduce the recognizable bunny shape while ensuring functionality and production feasibility. Working together with Studio One Eleven and our customer, we designed a series of 250 ml bottles available in four colors, each associated with a different product in the range, creating a playful and distinctive packaging concept.The packaging is produced in four different colors, with each color representing a specific product: white for shampoo, green for bath foam, and blue and pink for the boy and girl versions of the washing gel. All bottles have a capacity of 250 ml.

SAVOAM

CUSTOM REFILLABLE GLASS PACKAGING

Berlin Packaging’s Design & Innovation division, Studio One Eleven, developed a fully customized glass packaging solution for Fairly Cosmetics and their saVoam foaming hand soap line. The objective was to create a sustainable and premium refillable system aligned with the brand’s values and commitment to responsible beauty.

The result is a 350 ml flint glass bottle designed for long-term reuse, featuring an embossed logo and refined acid-etched details that enhance the tactile and visual identity of the product. Engineered for durability and compatible with foaming dispensers, the packaging combines functionality with a distinctive premium aesthetic.

IVY HAIR CARE

CREATIVITY AND CUSTOMIZATION FOR TRULY SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING

Berlin Packaging developed a customized packaging range for Ivy Hair Care, a Netherlandsbased brand focused on sustainable and vegan haircare products. The objective was to create distinctive packaging that reflected the brand’s identity while supporting responsible material choices and a consistent visual language across the line.

The project resulted in a series of custom mould bottles available in multiple colors and formats. Manufactured in both recycled and virgin HDPE, the packaging combines a recognizable design with materials aligned with the brand’s sustainability approach

MARIE-STELLA MARIS

A NEW REFILL CONCEPT: LONGLASTING, LUXURIOUS AND UNIQUE

Berlin Packaging supported Marie-Stella-Maris in developing a sustainable refill concept for their shower foam line. The goal was to create a premium packaging solution designed for longterm reuse while reducing single-use materials and maintaining the brand’s refined aesthetic. The solution combines a refillable glass bottle with a debossed rubber sleeve and an aluminum foamer pump, creating a distinctive and durable design. The system is completed by a concentrated refill ampoule designed to be diluted directly in the bottle, supporting a more responsible consumption model.

Bioplastic: BIOBASED HDPE is a plastic obtained from renewable sources.

Recycled content: PCR-HDPE is a plastic obtained from the packaging that has been used by consumers, properly disposed of, recycled into a new product and put back in the market!

Our PCR-HDPE bottles are made of three layers: the inner and outer layers are in HDPE, while the middle one is in PCR-HDPE.

Heavy plastic bottles are also available in PP Gummy Touch — a material specifically developed to offer a soft-touch feel and a distinctive semi-transparent matte look Produced directly from masterbatch, it enables custom colors and varying degrees of transparency depending on wall thickness, creating a unique and sensorial packaging experience and enhancing perceived quality and emotional appeal. Foamy collection has several sustainable features: foamer formulations need less water to be ready to use.

Bioplastic: BIOBASED HDPE is a plastic obtained from renewable sources.

Recycled content: PCR-HDPE is a plastic obtained from the packaging that has been used by consumers, properly disposed of, recycled into a new product and put back on the market!

Our PCR-HDPE bottles are made of three layers: the inner and outer layers are in HDPE, while the middle one is in PCR-HDPE.

Separable components: the components of the foamer can be easily separated and differentiated by material.

Reusable & Refillable: Foamy can be refilled with Sashi flexible packaging in a few easy steps!
