Dr Bhalla, who is currently vice principal, GD Goenka Public School, Vasant Kunj, was recently awarded a doctorate by the University of Macaria (Russia) at the World Researchers Felicitation 2023 programme in Delhi recently. His achievement was lauded by Dr DP Goyal, founder of Canwin Foundation and Naveen Goyal, Department of Environment Protection,
Haryana. The doctorate has been conferred upon him in recognition of his abilities and endeavours in furthering the cause of education. Dr DP Goyal and Naveen Goyal reiterated the importance of the role of teachers in building a better future for the country by creating more enlightened, informed citizens. A resident of Hauz Khas, New Delhi, 40-year-old Dr Bhalla was determined, from a young age, to serve the country through education. He has been teaching
