Learn more about the New Falcon Mentor role .New Falcon Mentors play a crucial role in supporting incoming students through their summer pre-college onboarding experience, known as the New Falcon Experience. This position involves guiding new students, providing valuable insights, and fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment to ensure a smooth transition to university life.
