Orientation Student Coordinator for Onboarding Communication & Marketing 2024-2025 Highly motivated, enthusiastic, positive students, with an attention to detail, who are looking to enhance their leadership skills by serving as role models, guides and mentors to the Orientation Team, new students and families at Bentley University. The Student Coordinator role will begin in December 2024 and complete the orientation program, September 2025. The students selected for these positions will work approximately 5 hours each week through the spring semester. In the summer beginning July 8th, Student Coordinators work approximately 30 hours weekly in-person/ on campus, with additional hours on pre-scheduled Fridays and some evenings as needed. Student Coordinators must be available for scheduled office hours, team trainings and the orientation program without any additional commitments. Throughout the orientation program, student coordinators will work a cap of 60 hours and will be outlined and discussed in the summer as we get close to it. Regardless of collateral assignments, all Student Coordinators will be responsible for helping to create a cohesive orientation team and holistic experience for incoming students in conjunction with the professional members of the Orientation Central Staff.
