WILKES BARRE, PA - Around 12:00 P.M. on January 21st, Wilkes Barre City fire and EMS were dispatched to a possible residential structure fire with multiple calls on it. When pulling out of their station, a large black header was seen. Wilkes Barre fire called for an immediate working fire box, adding Kingston Fire Department for their RIT team. ■
