JULIAN LEEK MELBOURNE BEACH, FL - US 1 reopened on November 21st after a mid-morning crash in front of the Rivercrest Apartments involving a car and semi-truck hauling Lime Rock. After the impact, the southbound semi ran off the right-hand side of the road and hit oak trees and palm trees.
