THE SCIENCE OF LIVING WELL EVIA is a three-part wellness system designed to support the body through the gut, microbiome and metabolic health. Three rituals. One philosophy. EVIA FOUNDATION Prebiotic Ritual Feed your bacteria. Build your base. A daily prebiotic drink mix designed to nourish beneficial bacteria and support microbiome diversity, digestive regularity and metabolic health through the gut. EVIA RESTORE Probiotic Reset Life happens. Reset on purpose. A targeted 30-day probiotic reset designed to help replenish beneficial bacteria and support the microbiome when life, stress, travel or routine changes throw things off. EVIA RESILIENCE Metabolic Wellness Healthy aging. Adapt, recover & thrive. Daily metabolic wellness support designed to support metabolic flexibility, healthy glucose metabolism, cellular resilience, everyday vitality and healthy aging. WANT TO LEARN MORE? Before creating educational content about EVIA, get familiar with each product. Visit the BELLAME website and review the official “Meet the Product” sheets for complete product information, ingredients, usage and approved product language. When in doubt, go back to the source.
Sharing EVIA should feel exciting, not intimidating. The easiest way to stay compliant is to focus on what the products are designed to support, your real experience, and the approved language BELLAME provides. When talking about EVIA, remember: support is different from treatment. EVIA is a dietary supplement system, not a medication or treatment for a disease or medical condition. STAY IN THE “SUPPORT” LANE When creating content, use BELLAME-approved language and phrases such as: Supports Helps support Promotes Nourishes Helps maintain Designed to support Part of my daily wellness routine In my personal experience... I’ve personally noticed... I’ve been consistent with...
Avoid language that says or implies EVIA can: Diagnose a condition Treat a disease or medical condition Cure or heal a condition Prevent disease Replace medication or medical treatment “Fix” hormones, blood sugar, gut disorders or other medical issues Guarantee weight loss or another specific result Produce the same result for everyone
REMEMBER: PERSONAL STORIES STILL NEED TO BE COMPLIANT Adding “this is just my experience” does not make an otherwise non-compliant health claim okay. Your testimonial should be truthful, based on your actual experience, and stay within approved product claims. The same applies when reposting someone else’s testimonial. THINK ABOUT THE WHOLE POST Compliance isn't only about your caption. Your words, text on screen, photos, before-and-afters, graphics, audio and overall message can all communicate a claim. Before you post, ask yourself: “What would someone watching this believe EVIA is going to do for them?” If the answer goes beyond BELLAME’s approved product claims, adjust the content before posting.
WHEN IN DOUBT... Go back to the approved language. Use the official EVIA Meet the Product sheets, BELLAME-provided marketing materials and approved product information as your source when educating your audience. And if you're unsure whether something crosses the line, check with BELLAME Compliance before posting. REMEMBER: You don’t need to make BIGGER claims to make great content. Share the product. Share the science. Share YOUR story. Keep it truthful and compliant.
Sometimes one small wording change can make a BIG difference. When talking about EVIA, focus on what the products are designed to support rather than implying they diagnose, treat, cure, prevent or “fix” a medical condition.
SUPPORT. DON’T PROMISE. Talk about what EVIA is designed to support. Share what you actually experienced. Never promise what someone else will experience. AND REMEMBER... Words like “cures,” “heals,” “fixes,” “treats,” “prevents,” “reverses,” and “eliminates” should immediately make you stop and check your wording. When you're unsure, pull your language directly from the official EVIA Meet the Product sheets and BELLAME-approved materials.
Use these phrases as building blocks when talking about EVIA. They’re pulled from the approved EVIA product language, so instead of trying to reinvent the science, start here and add your own personality and experience around it. EVIA FOUNDATION — PREBIOTIC RITUAL Feed your bacteria. Build your base. Supports microbiome diversity Supports metabolic health through the gut Supports digestive regularity Nourishes beneficial bacteria Supports a healthy microbiome
EVIA RESILIENCE — METABOLIC WELLNESS Healthy aging. Adapt, recover & thrive. Supports metabolic flexibility Supports healthy glucose metabolism Supports cellular resilience Promotes everyday vitality Supports healthy aging
EVIA RESTORE — PROBIOTIC RESET Life happens. Reset on purpose. Helps replenish beneficial bacteria Supports the microbiome A targeted 30-day probiotic reset Designed to help restore balance when the microbiome has been disrupted Prebiotics feed. Probiotics reseed.
MAKE IT YOUR OWN Pair approved product language with your real life: “One thing I’m focusing on lately is supporting my gut health, so EVIA Foundation has become part of my morning routine.” “I’m documenting my experience with EVIA over the next 30 days, and I’m excited to share what I personally notice along the way.” “I love that Resilience is designed to support metabolic flexibility, healthy glucose metabolism and everyday vitality—three things I’m becoming much more intentional about as I get older.” REMEMBER: Approved language gives you the facts. Your personality, routine and real experience are what make the content YOURS.
Always refer to the current EVIA Meet the Product sheets and BELLAME-approved materials for the most up-to-date product language.
You don’t need a perfectly written testimonial or a dramatic transformation to have something worth sharing. Bring your audience along as you actually use EVIA. The key is to share what you did, what you personally experienced and what you’re noticing, without turning your experience into a promise for someone else. A SIMPLE STORY FORMULA: 1. WHERE I STARTED Why did you decide to add EVIA to your routine? What were you hoping to become more intentional about? 2. WHAT I DID Share the products you used, how you incorporated them into your routine and how consistent you’ve been. 3. WHAT I PERSONALLY NOTICED Talk about your genuine experience. Keep medical conditions and treatment claims out of your testimonial. 4. WHERE I AM NOW What have you learned? What do you enjoy about the routine? What are you continuing to focus on? MAKE IT SOUND LIKE YOU Instead of: “EVIA will completely change your gut health!” Try: “I’ve been using EVIA consistently for __ days, and I’m excited to share what I’m personally noticing along the way.” Instead of: “You need this if you struggle with ___.” Try: “I decided to start EVIA because I wanted to become more intentional about supporting my overall wellness.” SHARE THE JOURNEY, NOT JUST THE RESULT Your content can happen while you're using the products, not only after 30 days. Day 1 and why you’re starting Your morning routine Film yourself taking the product What you're learning about the products A product you’re enjoying and why An approved EVIA fact you found interesting Weekly personal check-ins, etc. IMPORTANT REMINDER: Your experience must be truthful and actually yours. Share boldly! The truth is the best story!
If you want to share your EVIA experience, start documenting BEFORE you start. You may not know what you'll want to share 30 days from now, so give yourself a good starting point. Photos, notes and regular check-ins will help you look back on your experience accurately instead of relying on memory.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN Take your starting photos before your first day of EVIA. For the most consistent comparison: Use the same location each time Use the same lighting Stand the same distance from the camera Position your camera at the same height Wear the same or similar clothing Use the same angles Stand naturally — don't intentionally change your posture Don't use filters or body-altering edits Take front, side and back photos Save the ORIGINAL photos Date everything PRO TIP: Mark the exact spot where you stand and where you place your phone or tripod. It makes recreating the photo later SO much easier.
DON'T JUST TRACK WHAT YOU CAN SEE: Your EVIA journey is about more than a photo. Throughout your experience, make notes about: Your daily routine Your consistency Which EVIA products you're using How you're feeling Personal observations What you're learning What you're enjoying about the routine Anything you want to remember later CHECK IN ALONG THE WAY DAY 1 — Start: Photos + starting notes DAY 7 — Check In: What are you noticing? DAY 14 — Reflect: How is your routine going? DAY 21 — Keep Going: What have you learned so far? DAY 30 — Look Back: Take your final photos and write down your honest experience.
You don’t need a complicated content strategy. Document EVIA as it fits into your real life. The best EVIA content should feel natural, personal and easy to create. Show the product, share what you’re learning, bring people into your routine and let them follow your experience over time. EASY REEL IDEAS Make EVIA Foundation with me My current morning wellness routine “Come with me for Day ___ of EVIA” Unboxing your EVIA system Taking your daily EVIA products Pack EVIA with me for a trip What’s in my wellness bag? Still going.” “This has officially become part of my morning.” “Two weeks into documenting my EVIA experience...” “Something I’ve been learning about wellness lately...” “Here’s what consistency has looked like for me this week.” DON’T WAIT FOR A “RESULT” TO START POSTING. The journey IS the content.
