Who is a Founding Creator? An eligible TikTok Shop Affiliate Creator who begins promoting BELLAME during our founding launch window. Passionate about beauty, skincare, wellness, makeup, haircare, or healthy-aging content. Interested in earning commission from their own TikTok Shop sales. Excited to grow alongside a premium, science-led beauty and wellness brand. No separate BELLAME business enrollment is required. Eligible creators may participate directly through TikTok Shop.
TikTok currently requires U.S. Affiliate Creators to be 18+, U.S.-based, pass identity and account checks, and have at least 1,000 followers. TikTok determines final eligibility.

UNLOCK 25% Reach $10,000 in qualifying, completed TikTok Shop sales during the founding period and unlock a 25% commission rate on eligible BELLAME products going forward.* CREATE. WE SCALE. YOU EARN. When your content converts, BELLAME may invest our advertising dollars to scale it through TikTok Shop Ads. You'll earn 15% commission on qualifying sales generated through your authorized content.
Commission is based on the eligible TikTok Shop selling price and applicable attribution rules. Taxes, shipping, canceled orders, refunds, and other non-commissionable amounts do not generate creator commission. Elevated commission rates apply prospectively after activation and remain subject to applicable TikTok Shop rules and collaboration terms.

PRODUCT ACCESS
Try it. Create it. Sell it. BELLAME will use TikTok Shop's built-in sample tools to make select full-size products available to eligible creators.
Refundable samples For selected products, creators may purchase a Refundable Sample through TikTok Shop. BELLAME sets a qualifying sales goal. When the creator generates the required qualifying sales within TikTok's program window, the eligible refund is processed according to TikTok's rules.
Free samples BELLAME may approve free full-size samples for eligible creators. Public free-sample access is influenced by TikTok Shop sales history and seller approval. Selected creators may also receive sample opportunities through Target Collaborations.
Founding product access Select products may be offered as refundable samples. High-potential and proven creators may receive free product opportunities. Selected Affiliate Founding Creators may receive upcoming launches in advance. Product access may be based on sales, content quality, audience fit, creator performance, and inventory.
TikTok currently requires creators receiving qualifying free samples to publish required shoppable content within the platform's posting window, generally 14 days after delivery.

We ask Founding Creators to Create honest, original content and share genuine product experiences. Follow TikTok Shop policies, FTC disclosure requirements, and applicable laws. Use only approved or supportable product claims, especially for skincare, wellness, supplements, and metabolic health. Clearly disclose affiliate or gifted relationships when required. Link the correct BELLAME product in shoppable content. Honor TikTok sample posting requirements when accepting free samples. Avoid misleading income, health, medical, or product-performance claims.
Your voice should sound like you. BELLAME will provide education, product facts, creative inspiration, and brand assets, but creator content should remain authentic.

Program notes The BELLAME Founding TikTok Shop Affiliate Creator Program is a promotional affiliate initiative administered in connection with TikTok Shop. TikTok Shop controls creator eligibility, attribution, commission settlement, platform access, sample mechanics, and platform policies. Founding period: September 2026 through March 31st, 2027, unless modified in official terms. Sales milestones are based on qualifying completed BELLAME TikTok Shop sales attributed to the creator under TikTok's records. Returns, refunds, cancellations, fraud, chargebacks, self-purchases where disallowed, and ineligible transactions do not count toward milestones. Commission rates and changes are subject to TikTok Shop's commission rules and any applicable protection or notice periods.
