DISABILITY MONTH Disability month takes place in-between 16th Nov to 16th Dec. It is when we celebrate the achievements of disabled people like Stephen Hawking, Louis Braille and Franklin Roosevelt, but its also a time to reflect being inclusive and how we can support those with disabilities in our lives. BRAILLE DAY Braille Day is celebrated across the world on the 4th January. This is because it was the birthday of the inventor of Braille, Louis Braille. Braille is a language used by the blind to help them "read" writing. It is a pattern of bumps that form a code. If you want to find out more watch this video
