The Bedford College Group (TBCG) is working on its new Strategic Plan, which sets out the Group’s vision, values and objectives (priorities) for the future.
The Strategic Plan aims to provide clarity about the purpose of the Group and its values, which have been developed in consultation with our staff. It also includes our vision (where we want to go), our objectives (what we plan to achieve) and the actions we will take to accomplish these.
We are now seeking your views on our proposed Strategic Plan so that we can ensure we are meeting the needs of our different communities.
We would like you to tell us:
1. If you think we have got the purpose and vision right
2. If the values we have for the Group are the right ones
3. If the objectives (priorities) we have chosen are correct
Your feedback is really important to us and will help us to make the final decision on our Strategic Plan which we plan to launch in August 2022.
