Originally from Perth, Western Australia� After 15 years living between London, Melbourne and Port Hedland, I’m now back in Perth raising my family�

Understanding business needs today and for growth, and shaping the people strategy, priorities and deliverables to get us there�

What makes you come to work every day?

This is a people and food business, and being a people leader where that sits at the heart of success is deeply engaging� I’m energised by solving complex challenges across the short, medium and long term�

What are your interests, passions or hobbies outside of work?

Spending time with my family, staying active, and riding to raise funds for cancer research� We love caravanning through WA’s national parks, boating, snorkelling, or enjoying a Chardonnay with a good book in the sun�

What’s your favourite meal, cuisine, or food you love?

Almost impossible to choose between South and East Asian flavours, from a great spicy Malaysian Laksa to pork belly stir-fried with holy basil or chilli-oil prawn wontons� Everything is better with garlic and ginger�

I am from Finland, Helsinki and live in Finland currently� I am a Swedish speaking Finn, only 6 % of the Finnish populations speaks Finnish as their mother tongue�

I lead multiple sectors and have a portfolio of over +400 restaurants from Helsinki to Lapland�

What makes you come to work every day?

People…� and the food! and the passion of always doing things better than yesterday�

What are your interests, passions or hobbies outside of work?

My family and friends� Going to the gym, long walks and weekends at my country house�

Travel to new places as much as possible�

What’s your favourite meal, cuisine, or food you love?

I love mixed green salads (I grow my own salads at the country house)� Love pasta, hot spicy Asian dishes and a perfectly grilled medium rare steak� And my philosophy is that great food always deserves a glass of wine or two�

My parents were in the diplomatic core, so we lived all over the world when I was growing up� My adopted hometown is Charlottesville, Virginia but I live in New York City and love both�

I am a VP of Operations in our Restaurant Services division overseeing accounts in museums, performing arts centers and independent restaurants, mostly in NYC but also DC and NC�

What makes you come to work every day?

I love restaurants and museums and to be able to work in both at the same time is a dream come true� Helping my teams grow and develop is my biggest joy at work�

What are your interests, passions or hobbies outside of work?

I am an avid textile artist and love to sew, quilt and paint� I read a ton and love being in nature, whether it’s the mountains at home or the beach�

I love Japanese home cooking at home and a neighborhood French bistro for dinner out�

Growing up I lived up and down the East Coast but have been in North Carolina the longest� I currently live in Charlotte, North Carolina�

I lead a team focused on driving operational excellence by leveraging data to inform strategic decisions, identify and scale best practices, all to drive patient satisfaction and client retention�

What makes you come to work every day?

I am committed to continuous improvement and always eager to think about the business in a different light to support innovation, change management, and solve for common pain points� Working in a sector that embraces this mindset and work is a true gift!

What are your interests, passions or hobbies outside of work?

I enjoy staying active through hot yoga, mountain hikes, or paddling on the lake� Weekends are spent soaking up time with my 2 daughters, husband, and dog�

What’s your favourite meal, cuisine, or food you love?

Thanksgiving dinner is the most awaited meal all year! It’s simply the best of all things savory and sweet, and typically enjoyed with the best family and friends we’re lucky to have!

I enjoy travelling, exploring different cuisines and spending quality time with family and friends� Skiing is also one of my favourite ways to disconnect�

It’s hard to choose with Spain’s incredible gastronomy, but I generally love Mediterranean cuisine� If I had to pick a favourite dish from elsewhere, it would be the tuna taco from Mexico�

Spending time with my two children (ages 4 and 7), traveling to new places as a family, or taking on fun projects around the house�

I was born in Lima, Peru and live in London� In total, I lived in 3 countries and 8 cities� London is the place where I stayed the longest (20 years)�

Can you describe your role in a few words?

I lead the company’s philanthropic Foundation, aligning our community giving with business strategy and purpose� I also lead the global employee survey, providing insights on employee engagement and culture across our markets, and support our human rights work to help teams manage risks and share good practice�

What makes you come to work every day?

I’m motivated by the financial independence work gives me, the opportunity to keep learning and growing, and the chance to work with great people to drive meaningful change�

What are your interests, passions or hobbies outside of work?

I love travelling, cooking, reading, architecture/design and nature� Currently, most of my outside-of-work time is spent entertaining and inventing puppet plays for my three-year old�

Peruvian food, of course! (a fusion of Indigenous, Spanish, African and Asian influences)�

As the VP of Sourcing for Foodbuy, I provide leadership guidance and support for the strategy of all purchasing decisions� My team is responsible for negotiating and contracting commercial terms for all Food, Beverage, Disposable, and Distribution categories� Together we strive to cultivate a people first, results oriented culture that delivers best in class, client focused, procurement solutions at the markets most competitive price�

What are your interests, passions or hobbies outside of work?

I have two young children (5 & 2) and I spend every free moment I get with them� It is my greatest joy in life to be their mom and wife of my husband Michael� We love to go on adventures together� I also enjoy reading, singing, spending time with my extended family, walking/yoga, and spending time investing in our community – especially children in need and the homeless community�

I enjoy all the terrible foods for you – pizza, French fries, hot dogs� I’m a cheap date� I also enjoy a really good salad�

I’m a Finance Director with responsibility for financial control, tax, treasury and audit, plus profit protection, risk and governance� I’m relatively new into this role following the completion of an acquisition and integration 9 months ago, and I’m also heavily involved in finance transformation�

What makes you come to work every day?

I’m very results driven and motivated by progress - pushing things forward to deliver positive change� I’m very committed to building a team of amazing, high performing people and seeing them develop and thrive�

What are your interests, passions or hobbies outside of work?

Outside of work, I love exercising daily, whether that’s walking outside, swimming, gym, cycling or kickboxing� I have 2 very spoilt dogs, who my world revolves around!

I like to try lots of different things, but I would probably say Thai food is a firm favourite�

Creating a Senior Living proposition that can be sustainably operated, implementing operational and client best practices to build the operational team to deliver the strategy alongside working closely with the growth team to drive our pipeline growth�

I love a challenge� Building a new sector with entirely new team has allowed me to drive innovation and customer engagement� I am really passionate about driving change for the better�

Outside of work I focus my time with my 10 year old son, which these days seems to be all weekend on the side of a football pitch�

I love all food! And always wanting to try something new� If I had to pick one cuisine only it would be Asian�

I want to make a difference to our teams and to our clients, our business is so diverse and full of opportunity I love being able to solve a problem for our clients and taking the pressure of them so that they can deliver expectational service�

What are your interests, passions or hobbies outside of work?

I love scuba diving in warm waters, tried it in cold & didn’t enjoy it! I dive with my oldest daughter who is 15� Love travelling with both my daughters, trying new cuisines and seeing cultures so I can open their eyes to more of the world�

As President of Compass One Healthcare and Corrections, I provide national leadership across complex healthcare and corrections environments, focusing on people, operational excellence, and long term client partnerships�

What makes you come to work every day?

I come to work every day because I care deeply about making a difference—for the people I lead, the clients we serve, and the communities we support� Seeing our teams grow, succeed, and create meaningful impact is what motivates me most�

What are your interests, passions or hobbies outside of work?

In my spare time, I enjoy outdoor activities with my family and spend weekends cheering on my kids at hockey, soccer, and dance� I also practice yoga and pilates�

I enjoy exploring a variety of authentic global cuisines� I like to indulge on a good charcuterie spread at times� My favorite snack food is air-popped popcorn�

What makes you come to work every day?

My family is my biggest motivation� Being able to support them and create a comfortable life drives me every day� I also genuinely enjoy working hard and take pride in what I do, which keeps me motivated�

What are your interests, passions or hobbies outside of work?

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and seeing new places, with a little shopping along the way� I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family, and always appreciate any excuse to get dressed up and enjoy a nice dinner with friends� My son plays soccer and it’s a new interest of mine�
