It is the responsibility of the owner / installer to select the appropriate glue to be used for installation.

Delivery of boxes should be made 24 to 48 hours prior to installation.

Boxes should be stored in a cool dry location (approximately 18-27° degrees celsius).
•
Boxes should be stored on a flat surface.
•
Do not stack boxes too high.
•
Do not store or sit boxes vertically (up against a wall or similar).
Acclimation: •
Boxes should be removed from pallets, opened and separated from one another as part of the acclimatisation process. Product adhesive and sub-floor must be allowed to stabilise to a constant temperature between 18°C-27°C for a period of at least 24 hours before, during and after installation.

Vinyl planks will expand and shrink with changing climate conditions. Expansion and or shrinkage of the planks is not considered a defect.

Vinyl Plank Flooring Can Be Used In: •

Vinyl Plank Flooring can be installed where there is underfloor heating. Underfloor heating should be switched off for 48 hours before, and should not be switched back on until 48 hours after installation. It is recommended that the heating is slowly re-applied to return it to the required operating temperature. This warranty will not cover any issues caused by underfloor heating.

Vinyl Plank Flooring can be installed over concrete, plywood, hardboard, masonite, cement sheeting, tiles, stone, terrazzo or cork.

ake sure the substrate is dry, flat (3mm over 3m M is recommended), free of any contaminates, free of any other obstacles. This product is not recommended to be used in wet areas such as laundries, bathrooms, toilets or a shower recess. This product can be used in kitchens and living areas.

Pre-installation of Vinyl Plank Flooring: •
Vinyl Plank Flooring is manufactured to a high standard in terms of quality, stability and accuracy.

It is the responsibility of the owner / installer to examine each plank carefully to make sure there are no visible defects in the planks.
•
Defective product should be removed and not installed. Notify the seller of any defective product immediately.
•
Some planks with small damage may be used in ‘off-cut positions’ where full planks are not required.
•
Once the product has been installed it is deemed that the product has been accepted by the owner / installer.
