| Adam Sikorski, Ph.D. President of the Management Board

A graduate of International Economic Relations at the Polonia University in Częstochowa. He completed an Executive MBA and an EDBA programme at the Institute of Economic Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences. In 2023, he obtained a PhD in Social Sciences from the Częstochowa University of Technology. Since 1992, he has been co-creating the UNIMOT Group – one of the largest private energy companies in Poland. In 2012, he became Chairman of the Supervisory Board and the main shareholder of PZL Sędziszów S.A., a leading domestic manufacturer of automotive filters, where he also served as President of the Management Board from 2015 to 2018. Since 2018, he has been leading UNIMOT S.A.

Filip Kuropatwa, Vice President of the Management Board for Finance, has 20 years of experience in financial markets. He previously worked at BWP Unibank and BRE Bank, specialising in money, foreign exchange, and commodities trading markets. He has been with the UNIMOT Group since 2015, initially serving as Director for Margin Optimisation and Financial Risk Management.

| Robert Brzozowski

Vice President of the Management Board for Commercial Affairs

A graduate of the University of Gdańsk. In 2016, he completed an Executive MBA in Energy at BI Norwegian Business School. From 2000 to 2003, he served as Director of Trade and Marketing at ORLEN Morena, followed by a two-year term as Commercial Director at LOTOS Marine. He joined UNIMOT in 2008; responsible for international fuel trading and wholesale diesel oil projects. In 2014, he became a Management Board Member and Commercial Director, and from 2015 to 2017, he held the position of President of the Management Board. Since 2018, he has been Vice President for Commercial Affairs.

A graduate of the Cracow University of Economics (Finance and Banking). He holds an Executive MBA from the Cracow University of Economics and Stockholm University. He gained experience in the financial sector, including roles at Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A., Raiffeisen Solutions (as CEO and later Supervisory Board Member), Bank Pekao S.A., and BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. A graduate of the Higher School of Humanities (Marketing and Advertising). She completed postgraduate studies in Labour Law (University of Warsaw), Negotiation Competencies (Warsaw School of Economics), and an MBA at Kozminski University. Coach, assessor, and member of the Polish Human Resources Management Association. She brings over 25 years of HR experience across the energy, logistics, manufacturing, telecommunications, and financial sectors. She joined the UNIMOT in 2021 as Director for HR and Administration. Since 2024, she has served as Vice President for Human Resources, responsible for HR strategy and social partner relations.

Chairman of the Supervisory Board of UNIMOT S.A., President of go&management GmbH S.K. Brings extensive experience in the chemical, petrochemical, refining, and energy sectors. Formerly associated with AEG, CEGELEC, Lurgi, and Air Liquide, where he was responsible, among others, for business development in Central and Eastern Europe, global procurement, and execution of engineering projects. Successfully implemented cost optimization strategies and led complex international investment projects. A graduate of the University of Applied Sciences in Bielefeld, he has extensive consulting experience in heavy industry.

Retired Major General, Professor at the Jagiellonian University, former Commander-in-Chief of the Polish Military Police and NATO advisor. Played a key role in the modernization of the Polish Armed Forces and reform of training systems, including in Ukraine. Actively cooperates with international institutions to enhance state resilience and promote strategic defense education. Recipient of numerous national and international distinctions. As NATO advisor on military education reform, he co-developed modern training programs within the NATO DEEP initiative.

Professor at Texas A&M University, expert in agricultural leadership, education, and international cooperation. Leads leadership programs in the agri-food sector in Texas and actively fosters Polish-American relations as President of the Polish American Council of Texas. I UNIMOT Paliwa

The UNIMOT Group is the largest independent fuel importer in Poland. Since domestic fuel production in refineries meets about 70% of the country’s consumption, the remaining portion must be imported. For over 10 years, UNIMOT has successfully supplied the domestic market with the highest quality diesel oil and gasoline, filling the import gap in this sector. The import and wholesale distribution of fuels within the Group is managed by UNIMOT Paliwa.

The Fixed Price model guarantees a constant price per kWh for a specified period, usually one or two years. This option protects customers from market price fluctuations and allows for better operational cost planning.

SPOT Pricing

Under the SPOT model, the price is determined monthly as a weighted average of the TGEgasDA index values. This approach enables businesses to purchase natural gas at current market prices, making it particularly beneficial for companies with irregular gas consumption that require flexibility in demand management. Additionally, customers

using the SPOT model have the option to switch to a Fixed Price settlement at any time.

Simple Index

For the Simple Index model, the monthly price is calculated as the average price of the monthly product on the 7th, 14th, and 21st day of the previous month (or the next available trading day on TGE). This structure allows businesses to benefit from market-based pricing while ensuring price stability for the month of supply.

MW Volume-Based Tranches

Customers have the option to purchase gas in tranches of at least 1 MW for a specified period (month, quarter, or year). This product is designed for large consumers who want to develop their own procurement strategy and manage energy costs proactively.

Percentage-Based Tranches

Customers have the option to purchase gas in tranches based on a specified percentage of their total demand for a defined period (month, quarter, or year). This model allows clients to strategically manage price hedging, giving them the flexibility to wait for the most favorable cost level that suits their needs.

The price in a given month is a weighted average of the TGEgasDA index. Daily readings are required (fares from W-5 upwards).

SPOT - ELECTRICITY

Under the “SPOT” product, we offer two pricing models:

The Fixed Price model guarantees a constant price per kWh for a specified period, typically one or two years. This option protects customers from market price fluctuations and allows for predictable operational cost planning.

MW Volume-Based Tranches

Customers have the option to purchase gas in tranches of at least 1 MW for a specified period (month, quarter, or year). This product is designed for large consumers who want to develop their own procurement strategy and manage energy costs proactively.

Percentage-Based Tranches

Customers have the option to purchase gas in tranches based on a specified percentage of their total demand for a defined period (month, quarter, or year). This model allows

FIXING I – also available to all tariff groups. The settlement price is the volume-weighted average of hourly consumption and the hourly FIXING I prices quoted on the Polish Power Exchange (TGE). This model is designed for customers with smart meters capable of hourly data reads.

I UNIMOT Commodities

The core business of UNIMOT Commodities is the sale of hard coal on the Polish market, sourced from seaborne imports. The company supplies thermal coal, primarily in fine coal grades with grain sizes of 0–15 mm, 0–20 mm, 0–50 mm, as well as pea coal (10–25 mm). The coal originates from Colombia, Kazakhstan, and South Africa, with a calorific value (Qir) ranging from 22 to 26 MJ/kg and a low sulfur content (up to 0.6%).

The offer is addressed to power plants, combined heat and power plants (CHP), municipal heating providers (PEC, ZEC), cement plants, chemical plants, and all professional users who rely on hard coal as a fuel for their production processes. It also includes fuel depots, agricultural holdings, and horticultural businesses.

Coal is available on an FCA basis (Gdańsk Northern Port) or can be delivered directly to the customer’s location (DDP) via rail or truck transport. Settlements can be made in PLN per ton or PLN per GJ. All coal undergoes regular quality testing conducted by independent, accredited laboratories to ensure consistency and compliance with specifications.

I UNIMOT System

UNIMOT System is engaged in the sale and distribution of natural gas. The company’s current operations are focused in the Mazovian Voivodeship, where it owns a medium-pressure gas network spanning over 130 km across several counties. This infrastructure supplies natural gas to households, public sector buildings, and a wide range of businesses.

UNIMOT System also holds 100% ownership of Blue LNG, a company specializing in the sale of natural gas via the regasification of LNG into conventional pipeline gas. Blue LNG operates regasification stations and local gas networks in the towns of Tuczno, Wieleń, and Białowieża. This infrastructure enables UNIMOT System to fulfill its mission of delivering gaseous fuels in a continuous, safe, and environmentally responsible manner.

I UNIMOT Aviation

UNIMOT Aviation specializes in the sale of aviation fuels, including JET A-1, JP8, F-34, AVGAS and SAF. The company’s flagship product is JET A-1 fuel, which is distributed nationwide. Clients include businesses, associations, parachuting schools, and private aircraft owners operating helicopters or small planes based outside of public airports regulated by the Civil Aviation Authority.

UNIMOT Aviation operates a fleet of refuelling vehicles for all types of passenger and cargo aircraft, built to meet JIG (Joint Inspection Group) specifications. For the transport of JET A-1, the company uses dedicated tankers, designed to carry only one fuel type, ensuring product quality and safety throughout the supply chain. The company has successfully passed stringent audits by the Polish Civil Aviation Authority (ULC), confirming its compliance with the highest technical and safety standards, which enabled it to begin operations at public-use airports.

UNIMOT Aviation currently supplies JET A-1 fuel and provides refuelling services at the John Paul II International Airport KrakówBalice and Katowice International Airport

in Pyrzowice. In 2025, it plans to launch operations at Warsaw Chopin Airport.

UNIMOT was the first company in Poland to introduce SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuel), with its debut delivery and refuelling at Katowice Airport, marking a key step in supporting the decarbonization of aviation in the region. The company is fully prepared to deliver SAF and aviation fuels nationwide. Operating in a country with a welldeveloped aviation infrastructure—including 14 public airports and over 60 aeroclub airfields—UNIMOT Aviation is successfully strengthening its position in the passenger aviation sector in Poland.

I RCEkoenergia

RCEkoenergia is a licensed utility company operating in the production, transmission, and distribution of thermal energy (in the form of hot water and steam), as well as the generation, distribution, and trading of electricity, and the distribution of gaseous fuels.

In addition to its energy-related services, the company also handles the collection and treatment of industrial and municipal wastewater, and manages the distribution of industrial, deep-well, and potable water. It is also engaged in the production and distribution of softened water and technical gases.

RCEkoenergia produces heat and electricity using two OR 32 coal-fired boilers equipped with flue gas dedusting and purification systems, along with a back-pressure steam turbine with an installed capacity of 0.74 MW. The company also operates its own photovoltaic installations with a total capacity of 0.65 MW.
