Former President Of Buena Park School Board Sentenced To One Year In Jail The former president of the Buena Park School Board (BPSB), Dennis Brian Chambers, 51, Buena Park, was sentenced to a court offer of one year in county jail and three years of formal probation for possessing and distributing over 600 photos and videos of child pornography, including prepubescent minors and infants. os Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau detectives responded Wednesday to the area of Thienes Avenue and Parkway Drive, South El Monte, to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of a teenager. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. A 16-year-old boy was arrested Thursday in connection with the stabbing death of another teen whose body was in the bushes of the San Gabriel River Trail in the South El Monte area. Investigators received a tip early Thursday that a friend of the victim, identified by the coroner’s office as 17-year-old Jeremy Sanchez, may have been involved in his death, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department stated . The unidentified teenage suspect was arrested following a search of his home and booked on suspicion of murder at Los Padrinos Juvenile Hall, the Sheriff's Department stated. Lt. Riverside Court Sentences Hells Angel Gang Member To 15 Years In Prinson A member of the Hells Angels outlaw motorcycle gang has been sentenced to 180 months in federal prison for distributing methamphetamine that he provided in exchange for stolen firearms. Brian Shane Henson, 40, of Merced, was sentenced on Monday by United States District Judge Jesus G. Bernal.
In early 2017, while he was a prospective member of the Merced Chapter of the Hells Angels motorcycle club, Henson negotiated a deal to sell one pound of methamphetamine and four ounces of marijuana in exchange for 20 stolen firearms, according to court documents.
An 18-year-old man pleaded no contest to killing a pet parrot late last year, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced. Edward Cervantes pleaded no contest to one felony count of animal cruelty in case NA108127. Following the plea, Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge James D. Otto immediately sentenced the defendant to five years of formal probation.
Additionally, Cervantes was ordered to attend 48 animal cruelty classes and complete 30 days of Caltrans service. Moreover, the defendant was ordered to stay away from the victims for five years and pay restitution in the amount of $3,272. Finally, as a condition of his probation, Cervantes must either obtain a full-time job,
