Spring Greetings,
With the club reopening tomorrow, the staff is just about finished with the clean-up from our substantial shutdown project and are anxious to welcome our members back to enjoy the facility. I would like to give thanks to Lisa, Marcia, Sara, Ava, Maddy, Ray, Lawrence, Azad & Jose for their willingness to do whatever was necessary to ensure the club opened on time. Special thanks to Kevin Calmes for his leadership during this project as well as well as the Capital Committee Chair Paul Auer for his guidance. The membership is fortunate to have each of you as part of the BDMCC community.
We have many fabulous events planned for March and April, and each will provide the membership with an opportunity to reconnect with fellow members as well friends & family.

New this summer, the club will have live music on the patio each Friday beginning in June. I am hopeful that my next update includes discussing how the golf course is opening.

Dear Members,
Welcome back! Shutdown provided us with time to get some much-needed deep cleaning and updating done in the clubhouse and kitchen. We look forward to opening back up March 4th for lunch. Call the club to make your lunch and dinner reservations in advance. By doing so, it provides us with enough time to schedule sufficient staff and the kitchen can prep accordingly.
As some of you know, golf fees and the Evans Scholars are billed out in February for golf members. Your golf fees are mandatory annual fees, which include a locker, club storage, and the range pass. If you have an additional locker, you will see that charge reflected on your statement. If you wish to add an additional locker, we can do that at any time. The Evans Scholars is a donation to the Evans Scholarship program. This donation is automatically charged to your account in February. You may opt out any year or change the amount. Please reach out to me for any changes.
Thank you to the members that have chosen to prepay their annual dues. Club members will receive their dinner certificates in the mail shortly. Golf members will have their golf guest passes on their account before the golf season begins. If you have any questions or would still like to sign up, contact me at your convenience. REFRESHER WITH MADDY
Dear Club Members,
I am so excited to announce that the club is open again, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back! There are many new updates to share, including a refreshed look to our ballroom. With Spring right around the corner, we're gearing up for an even busier season ahead. We're expecting to host more weddings and events this year! Butte des Morts has so much to offer couples with our breathtaking landscapes, luxurious amenities, and dedicated professional staff.
This year, we're planning an exciting Wedding Open House! We’ve partnered with Wedding Perfect and are looking to collaborate with additional local vendors to showcase their offerings at the event. This will be a fantastic opportunity for us to introduce our venue to potential couples and show them all that we have to offer.
We also have several upcoming club events that I would love for you to join us for:

GOLF NEWS & EVENTS

Dear Members,
With spring upon us, we still will be offering Winter Golf Instruction here in the Golf Shop. We set up a cage with a net and utilize our Flightscope launch monitor so that we are able to see ball flight and all of the relevant numbers for each shot. An example of the practice range setting for our Launch Monitor is below. It is just like being on the range.
Jack, Cole and I will be offering instruction and the best way to get in touch with us all is via email, which are listed below.

Jack and Cole are both working this winter and spring so their availability will most likely be limited to the following days and times. If you have a time that works for you and is not listed here, please email them directly to see if they are available.

I will be available for instruction during the week beginning the week of Tuesday, January 14th. The Golf Shop will be set up for instruction through the end of March. Some days and times may not be available due to Member golf trips/PGA Merchandise show, etc.
