The international community faces unprecedented political, social, economic, and environmental challenges. Therefore, the B7 as the heads of the leading business and industry associations from the G7 countries has formulated key recommendations for the G7: among other things, the B7 urges the governments to address barriers to higher public investment and private investment. According to the B7, the G7 governments should support business in its effort to develop innovative products and processes. Moreover, the B7 pleads for removing regulatory barriers that limit the diffusion of energy efficient Technologies.
