THE MUDDY PAW GRAND RE-RE-RE OPENING BY: ABIGAIL MILLER Friday, September 9th, the Muddy Paw held its grand re-re-re-opening. The Muddy paw class consists of Mrs. Horr, known to students as Mrs. H, and Juniors Ashlee Derry, Natalie Griffon, Marshall Jones, Abigail Miller, Shelby Pinaire, and Carl Ranada, , ,, . “I have a great group of Juniors this year,” says Mrs. H. This year the new Muddy Paw staff is excited to open and show off their new menu. So far they are thinking their hit drink will be the Carlfrappe, a delicious blend of coffee, ice, and caramel inspired by De Kalb Junior Carl Ranada. The average price for drinks is $3 and closer to Fall and Christmas, the special seasonal drinks are going to be $4.

Freshman Miley Phillips was one happy customer. "It's good!" says Miley about her frozen cocoa. She'll be back next week, she says, to order another. The Muddy Paw staff hopes the De Kalb students and staff enjoyed the grand re-re-reopening and continue to enjoy their amazing drinks and donuts.
