How we work CONSULTATION During the Consultation Phase, we gather information about the client, their company, target audience, and the project including the following: • • • • • • • •
Scope of work Final Piece/ Project deliverables Client’s Company background / Product / Service Offerings / Specialties /Niche. COMMUNICATION Communication is an integral part of how we approach any project on which our members of BOJANGLEZ DESIGNS adhere to. It is imperative to have a good communication with our clients in order to attain the best possible end result on any project briefed on. Our goal is to work with our clients and not to make decisions for them. The best results come from a collaborative effort and we want to ensure that the work we produce is an accurate representation of what our clients envision for their requirements.

How we work We strongly recommend our clients to be an active participant in the development process. After all who knows your company product and services better than you? The client should leave feeling as if they have a new and important information about their product/service IMPLEMENTATION During the implementation phase, we develop potential concepts for the piece on which we working. This includes brain storming sessions with the client and among our team if it includes Graphic Designing and Web Development. These concepts may consist of rough mock-ups, sketches and initial electronic-based drafts. The conceptual phase is where a piece starts to take shape and feasibility of each approach is weighed. The clients are recommended to provide feedback as soon as possible until the final concept is approved. This is the area where communication is crucial and plays an important role ensuring that the project’s goals are successfully achieved. PRODUCTION PHASE Once the concept is approved and chosen, the idea is polished and refined during to the next phase of the process, which is final production. During this phase, the final approach of the chosen concept/design/artwork is carefully produced. Our turn-around and quality work has been the greatest tool in enticing our clients to our global sphere. COMPLETION Our goal is to work with our clients not for them. The best results come from a collaborative effort and we want to ensure that the work we produce is an accurate representative of what our clients envision for their company and brand.
