300 issues of bazaar magazine. 300 intros. 300 crazy closing weeks. 300 fights about which ad or article goes where and why. 300 times we said elhamdulillah once the actual print edition came out with no mistakes in it (ok, we’re not perfect, yes, we’ve made some hilarious mistakes over the years). It’s certainly been an interesting ride. We’ve been through 9/11, the Iraq war, the so-called Arab Spring, countless recessions and depressions, and of course Covid which was probably the worst ride of all (other than Gaza of course), simply because of the sheer amounts of idiocy, racism and knee-jerk reactions of people and governments around the world.
