Hello wonderful people of Kuwait, locals and expats alike! It’s a great day to write an intro, since the weather is perfect, its still Ramadan meaning the days are slower, the kids start school later, we all go to bed later, and in general, the pace is more tranquil than usual.
Much more importantly, it’s a blessing to be living in a country that remains so resolute in its undying support of Palestine, loudly and openly, and clearly on a daily basis. Billboards, signs and posters all over the streets, so many people raising money for amazing causes in Gaza, kuffiyehs everywhere you go, Palestinian music, ads that support Palestine, new Palestinian restaurants and cafés, and so much more.
