Welcome to the Next Chapter A transformational addition to our campus

At Bayview Glen, we believe that every young person deserves a place where they feel known, supported, and inspired to discover who they are and who they can become. This belief has shaped our school for generations, and it continues to guide our vision for the future.
The New Build is more than an architectural project. It is a promise. A promise that our students will have spaces created for their wellbeing, their curiosity, and their courage. A promise that our community will continue to grow stronger, more connected, and more vibrant.
As we look ahead, our focus is clear. We are committed to creating environments that nurture the whole child and prepare every student for a purposeful life in an ever changing world. With your partnership, we can bring this vision to life with excellence and care.
Your support ensures that every student, from our youngest learners to our graduating leaders, benefits from spaces designed to strengthen belonging, nurture school spirit, build resilience, and spark new possibilities.
With gratitude,

James Lee Head of School

Tracey Wong Chair of the Board

At Bayview Glen, belonging is not just a feeling. It is the foundation on which learning flourishes. When students feel safe, supported, and celebrated for who they are, they gain the confidence to dream boldly, explore deeply, and lead with compassion.
The New Build embodies this vision. It is created to enhance wellbeing, spark imagination, and build meaningful connections across our diverse community. Everything within these walls reflects our mission.
Whole Child. Purposeful Life. Better World.

Several years ago, we set out to transform our campus with spaces that reflect the dynamic and future ready education our students deserve. The path has required patience and resolve, and our purpose has only grown clearer.
With nearly 24,000 square feet of additional space, the New Build will shape learning for years to come. These environments promote wellbeing, nurture imagination, and strengthen the sense of belonging that defines Bayview Glen. They also expand opportunities for movement and physical literacy at a time when ParticipACTION reports that Canadian children are moving far less than recommended, despite clear evidence that physical activity supports attention, memory, emotional regulation, and overall brain health.
We invite our community to partner with us so that this vision is brought to life with excellence. Your support helps equip these spaces, strengthens programme readiness, and ensures that every student can benefit fully from what they offer.
This is our moment to come together.
To build the future our students deserve.

The C-STEM and Innovation Lab brings together computing, science, technology, engineering, and math to ignite problem solving, creativity and hands on discovery.
The lab empowers young learners to experiment, build, test, and rethink. It helps them develop skills that prepare them for a future we cannot yet imagine and encourages them to approach challenges with courage and curiosity.
At its heart, the C-STEM and Innovation Lab is a home for imagination and a catalyst for tomorrow’s innovators.

The 5,700 square feet gym expands athletic and physical education programmes for Lower School students and provides additional athletic space for Prep and Upper School students.
Features include:
• Advanced basketball systems
• Universal net systems for court sports including volleyball, badminton, pickleball, and more
• LED Scoreboard
• Capacity for standing or seated spectators during designated events
Active bodies fuel active minds.

Our revitalized outdoor area encourages students to explore, collaborate, and connect with nature. It supports:
• Inquiry-based learning
• Environmental education
• Unstructured play
• Social-emotional development
A
place where
curiosity thrives in the open air.

A renewed Health Centre will strengthen our ability to care for students and support their wellbeing throughout the school day.
This dedicated space will:
• Provide a purpose-built environment for first aid and daily wellness support
• Offer a calm and private area for students who require rest or short-term care
• Enable our full time Registered Nurse, BScN, to assess health concerns quickly, comfortably, and effectively
A space that puts student wellbeing first. Always.

Our new indoor aquatics facility offers students a bright, modern, and inspiring space to learn, train, and grow in confidence.
• 25-metre, 5 lane indoor pool
• Modern viewing gallery (1,460 square feet)
• Change rooms and showers
• Chlorine-based system with advanced filtration and drainage
• Enrich Phys Ed programming and competitive swim training
This facility promotes fitness, confidence, collaboration, and lifelong wellbeing.

The Gross Motor Room expands opportunities for movement-based learning and strengthen our Reggio-inspired early years programme.
This dynamic space will:
• Serve as a hub for movement, social encounters, and large-scale gross motor exploration
• Supports our youngest learners (age 2-4) with a flexible and developmentally responsive environment
• Encourage exploration, coordination, balance, and early motor development
• Enrich our youngest learners’ school experience through thoughtful and purposeful design
A space that fuels discovery, confidence, and early growth.

Schools become stronger when families feel welcomed, seen, and connected.
The redesigned Parent Bench, which serves as the supervised drop off and pick-up zone and accommodates our door-to-door bus service, creates a warm and inviting space where daily transactions feel smooth and supportive. It is also a place where conversations happen and friendships form.
This is how community grows, one connection at a time.

The New Build includes additional office spaces to support student services, academic teams, and community engagement.
These spaces increase our capacity to care for students, collaborate effectively, and meet the evolving needs of our community.
This is how stronger communities take shape.

The New Build represents more than new spaces. It reflects our deepest commitment to educating the whole child and preparing every student for a purposeful life in an ever changing world. These environments will spark curiosity, nurture wellbeing, and strengthen the sense of belonging that defines Bayview Glen.
We have an extraordinary opportunity to come together as a community. With your generosity, we can ensure that this transformational project is completed with excellence and fully equipped to serve students for generations to come.
Every gift, at every level, plays a meaningful role in creating a future where our students can learn, grow, explore, and thrive.
Together, we can build something remarkable.
Your generosity will help bring this extraordinary project to completion and ensure that every student benefits fully from these new spaces for movement, creativity, wellbeing, and belonging.
