Welcome to the 2026 Swan Hills Ranch Annual Bull Sale on DLMS Farmgate.

We extend our sincere appreciation to our previous buyers. Your continued support and trust in our program are truly valued. For 2026, we are proud to ofer an exceptional group of yearling Angus and Sim/Angus infuenced bulls, representing the strength of our top industry-leading sires.

This year’s ofering refects years of intentional breeding decisions focused on performance, structural soundness, calving ease, and a balanced EPD profle. Featured genetics include Belvin May City, Brooking Sooner, Coleman Glacier, and Sitz Major, along with other proven herd sires within our program. At Swan Hills Ranch, our goal is to breed cattle that deliver efciency and proftability. We focus on producing moderate-framed, functional cows capable of achieving 50% of their body weight within 205 days. Our program continues to advance through AI, embryo transfer, and IVF initiatives, emphasizing strong maternal traits, milk production. Thank you to Dr. Immerkar for his expert embryo and AI work, which plays a crucial role in advancing the genetics of our herd. We also appreciate Andrew and Shelby Wilcox for their dedicated support throughout the calving season, ensuring the health and success of our cattle.

Our sale bulls are developed on a carefully managed ration to optimize performance without excessive condition alongside a mineral program to support health, fertility & longevity. Additionally, due to popular demand, we will be ofering three selected halter-breaking donkeys, equipped with our custom-designed halter, created to simplify handling leading up to showtime while also providing practical predator control.

BULL EVALUATION

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Through the assistance of Dr. Keith Immerkar, all bulls are semen tested with a report being provided. Weights and scrotal measurements will be posted on sale day.

TERMS

Payment is to be made via cash, cheque or e-transfer within seven (7) days of auction closure unless other arrangements have been made with the seller. Bulls will sell under standard breed association guarantees.

DELIVERY AND PICKUP

Swan Hills Ranch will provide delivery within a 100 mile radius for any bull purchased. A $100 credit will be ofered for self-pickup from close of sale until April 30th 2026.

INSURANCE

Buyers are responsible for purchasing their own insurance on their purchases. Swan Hills Ranch will not be held liable to accidents or injury.
