Sale and Conditions
Hauling and pickup arrangements of purchased cattle will be handled by each individual consignor. They will be in contact with you after the sale to coordinate the easiest way to get your calf to you. Arrangements will need to be made within 24 hours of the sale close. All calves have been started on a halter, washed and clipped, and are tie-broke. Please reach out to the consignors of the calf if you want to know about a specific calves’ demeanor. All animals will have health papers as well as current vaccinations. Some of the cattle are pending registration; as soon as the DNA comes back, the cattle will be transferred into your name.

Reach out to consignors of respective genetic lots for their guarantees and where the embryos are stored at.

Animals with flush retainments will be noted on the individual lot.
Live Lot Guarantee
Each breeder in The Apex stands behind their calf being sold. Please reach out to the individual breeder if you have any questions about their interpretation of the guarantee. Any negligence on behalf of the purchaser of any calf will likely void any guarantee on that calf. Such as any virgin IVF or unethical fitting that could affect the reproductivity of the animal, etc.

HEIFER IS DEHORNED. We got them chopped off by Dr. Allen in Crockett the day after picture day. Having a child born in the middle of major show and sale season kicked my plans back a bit. She is PA FREE, and you don’t need a cheesy ChatGPT write-up of fairy dust and unicorns to figure out she is good. Her sire is good, her mother is good, her sisters have been expensive and good, and 66 looks as high quality as any of them. We didn’t take it lightly when the guys responsible for this sale asked us to provide the Charolais division. This mating is gaining steam by the minute, and we are appreciative and excited to combine this platform with this caliber of calf.

Originally this sale was only going to be show heifer prospects with a couple killer genetic lots. It wasn’t in the cards to add a donor cow onto the list of lots, but when we were approached on the possibility of doing so, she had to be proven. The sole donor female in here is just that.
Well, here it is, folks. This is about as strong and proven of an offering as we could ever present to the public. They simply don’t come any more time-tested and influential than Elizabeth. She has produced numerous national and international champions—cattle that have gone on to not only win at the highest levels, but also produce champions themselves. Her impact runs deep, with a pedigree and production record that continues to elevate programs across the country.
Elizabeth is the dam of industry standouts including TCC Playing With Fire, KTCC Clarisse, and KTCC Bubba’s Black Beast, along with several others that have compiled extremely successful show careers. Her influence doesn’t stop there—she is also the granddam of the back-toback 2025 and 2026 Houston International Champion Female, KTCC Celia.
Her sons that have gone on to become herd sires have proven themselves in programs nationwide, moving significant volumes of semen and making a lasting mark on the breed. There’s no denying— Elizabeth has left an undeniable fingerprint not only on our program, but on the Beefmaster breed as a whole.

From a production standpoint, this female has been extremely consistent when flushed conventionally. We strongly recommend conventional flushing moving forward, as IVF work has not yielded success. Stick with what works—this donor has proven time and time again her ability to generate elite progeny through conventional methods.

To put it simply, we can’t get enough of the young American Honey 399 donor that is so universal and so right for the times. She’s ultra unique for a Santa Gertrudis female with a massive middle one third, moderate design, killer legs, flawless hip construction, and does it all with ZERO coarseness.
She herself won the San Antonio Scholarship last year and was Junior National Reserve Calf Champion female to highlight just a couple of her many titles. She’s sired by breed leading Honey Badger 1202 who most recently sired the 2026 Open National Champion and Reserve Open National Champion females.
