Labyrinth: The Computer Game is widely acknowledged as the inaugural graphic adventure developed by Lucasfilm Games in support of Jim Henson's fantasy film, Labyrinth, released in 1986. In this graphic adventure game, players navigate a character through a maze, solving puzzles, and avoiding dangers. While it is an adaptation of the 1986 film Labyrinth, featuring many of its events and characters, the game deviates from the movie's plot. Players begin by entering their name, sex, and favorite color, with the latter two determining the appearance of the player character.

The game starts with a brief text-based adventure where the player enters a movie theater to watch Labyrinth. The gameplay then shifts to a graphic adventure format, with the main antagonist, Jareth, transporting the protagonist to a labyrinthine prison.

The objective is to locate and defeat Jareth within a set timeframe of 13 real-time hours; otherwise, the protagonist remains trapped in the maze 1
