COACH HARBAUGH SAYS ON HIS CONFIDENCE IN THE THE RAVENS' ROSTER & FUTURE SUCCESS:
“I love our guys. I love our roster. I feel like our roster is really good, and I think every one of our guys is going to play really well down the stretch to the best of their ability. I know we lost a game; it’s disappointing, it’s tough, and we hate it. ... But that doesn’t mean I don’t love our players. Our players and our coaches – they're great. They’re great players, and we’re going to play great football.”

QUICK HITS ✗ The Baltimore Ravens (5-3) and Denver Broncos (5-3), who have
each won five of their past six games after starting the season 0-2, face off from M&T Bank Stadium on Sunday (Nov. 3) at 1 p.m. Denver is 3-1 on the road in 2024, while Baltimore is 2-1 at home. ✗ In his 17th season, John Harbaugh stands as the NFL’s secondlongest-tenured coach (Mike Tomlin – 18). Harbaugh has led Baltimore to 11 playoff berths, winning Super Bowl XLVII in 2012 and producing a 177-112 overall record (including playoffs). Coach Harbaugh is 6-3 vs. Denver (including postseason), while the Ravens are 10-6 all time against the Broncos. Baltimore has won three straight vs. Denver, including a 10-9 contest in Charm City during the 2022 season. ✗ The NFL's No. 1 offense (452.1 ypg) is led by two-time MVP QB Lamar Jackson, who's been superb both passing (2,099 yards, 17 TDs & 2 INTs for an NFL-best 115.4 rating) and rushing (501 yards & 2 TDs). Baltimore's No. 1-ranked ground attack (200.0 ypg) is fueled by RB Derrick Henry, who leads the league in rushing yards (946) and total TDs (11 – 9 rushing & 2 receiving). ✗ Baltimore dropped a 29-24 decision that came down to the final seconds last Sunday at Cleveland. After Jackson led a 6-play, 91yard scoring drive (capped with a Henry 2-yard TD run) to take a 24-23 lead with 2:36 remaining, Cleveland surged back and scored a 38-yard TD (Jameis Winston to Cedric Tillman) with :59 to go. Jackson then positioned the Ravens for two last-second chance throws from the Browns' 24, but each fell incomplete as time expired. Jackson completed 23-of-38 passes for 289 yards and 2 TDs (101.8 rating) in the game, while adding 46 rushing yards. WR Zay Flowers posted team highs in receptions (7) and receiving yards (115), while Henry finished with 73 yards on 11 carries.
INJURY UPDATE CB Marlon Humphrey (knee) and first-round draft pick CB Nate Wiggins (shoulder/illness) did not play last Sunday at Cleveland. NT Michael Pierce (calf) and DE Brent Urban (concussion) left the Browns game and didn't return. Standout second-year RB Keaton Mitchell (knee) began the season on Reserve/PUP and returned to practice in Week 8 as a limited participant.
NOTE THE QUOTE NFL NETWORK'S AKBAR GBAJABIAMILA ON DERRICK HENRY:
"This is Shaquille O'Neal right here. This dude is a monster. Let me tell you as a defensive player, ain't nobody got time for that. Ain't nobody want to see that type of nonsense. You think I want to see Derrick Henry and Lamar Jackson in the backfield? That is a nastiness nobody is prepared for. That's hard to stop. This is your Kobe [Bryant]-Shaquille O'Neal year right here."
