[Defenses] take measures to take something away, then you have to have the next step. You sometimes know where you’re going, and sometimes you come up with something. ✗ It's the Baltimore Ravens' (5-3) second-straight game in primetime when they battle the New Orleans Saints (3-5) at the Caesars Superdome on Monday Night Football (8:15 p.m. kickoff). Winners of two straight games, the Ravens are 3-1 on the road this season, capturing wins at the Jets (Week 1), New England (Week 3) and Tampa Bay (Week 8).

I N J U RY U P DAT E TE Mark Andrews (shoulder) and WR Rashod Bateman (foot) were injured during the Tampa game, while ILB Josh Bynes (quad) and DE Calais Campbell (illness) missed the contest. S Marcus Williams (wrist) was injured in Week 5 and will miss time while on IR, as will RB J.K. Dobbins (knee), who was placed on IR on Oct. 21. OLB Tyus Bowser (Achilles) and TE Charlie Kolar (sports hernia) are on Reserve/ PUP, but recently began practicing and are eligible to play. OLB David Ojabo (Achilles, NFI) has started practicing and is eligible to play.

✗ Baltimore stands atop the AFC North standings, with the Bengals sitting in second at 4-4. New Orleans, which beat Las Vegas (24-0) in Week 8, is in third in the NFC South. ✗ Behind a dominant rushing attack that racked up 231 yards (including 204 in the second half), Baltimore upended the host Buccaneers, 2722, in Week 8's edition of Thursday Night Football. Trailing 10-3 at the half, Baltimore outscored Tampa Bay, 24-12, in the final two quarters, with QB Lamar Jackson throwing 2 TDs on 8-of-8 passing for 94 yards and a 155.2 rating. Jackson finished 27-of-38 overall, passing for 238 yards and adding 43 on the ground. RB Gus Edwards tallied a gamehigh 65 rushing yards, while RB Kenyan Drake contributed 62 more. The Ravens outgained Tampa in total yards (453-349), also producing 3 sacks (2 by OLB Justin Houston) and holding the Buccaneers to 4-of-13 on third down.
