WORLD CHAMPIONS: SUPER BOWL XXXV (2000) & SUPER BOWL XLVII (2012)

B ALTIMORE R AVENS AT N EW Y ORK G IANTS (3-2)

WEEK 6 – SUNDAY, OCT. 16, 2022 1 P.M. ET – METLIFE STADIUM (82,500)

C OAC H H A R B S S AY S ON GIANTS RB SAQUAN BARKLEY & THE GIANTS' OFFENSE: “Strength, balance, change of direction – he’s just a really tough guy to tackle. He’s good out of the backfield, catches passes and is a good all-around – great all-around – running back and a heart and soul of their offense. But it’s not just him. Daniel Jones is playing really well, and he’s a tough tackle. He’s been making plays out of the pocket that I didn’t really expect to see, and he’s really made a big difference for them – throwing and running around. They’re doing a good job on offense, obviously, and winning games."

(4-1)

QUICK HITS ✗ The Baltimore Ravens (3-2) travel to take on the New York Giants (4-1) for an interconference battle from MetLife Stadium. This marks Baltimore's second trip to the New Jersey venue this season, with the Ravens previously beating the Jets, 24-9, in Week 1.

I N J U RY U P DAT E

✗ Baltimore, which is coming off a thrilling, last-second 19-17

The following players missed last Sunday's game vs. Cincinnati: WR Rashod Bateman (foot), G Ben Cleveland (foot), RB Justice Hill (hamstring) and OLB Justin Houston (groin, two straight games). S Marcus Williams (wrist) left the Bengals game and will miss a significant amount of time on Injured Reserve. Standouts OLB Tyus Bowser (Achilles) and RB Gus Edwards (knee) are on the Reserve/ PUP list, but Edwards returned to practice in Week 5.

primetime win vs. Cincinnati, stands first in the AFC North, one game ahead of the Bengals and Browns (both 2-3). Under first-year head coach Brian Daboll, New York has won its past two games and sits second (tied, Dallas) in the competitive NFC East.

✗ In Sunday's victory over Cincy, K Justin Tucker connected on a game-winning 43-yard FG as time expired in regulation. Tucker was 4-of-4 on the night, also hitting from 37, 58 and 25 yards. TE Mark Andrews reeled in game highs in catches (8) and receiving yards (89), including an 11-yard TD pass from QB Lamar Jackson, who was 19-of-32 for 174 yards. Jackson added a team-high 58 rushing yards, including 26 on Baltimore's final offensive drive that set up Tucker's win-clinching boot. The Ravens limited Cincinnati to 291 total yards, while registering 3 sacks (LB Josh Bynes, CB Marcus Peters & OLB Jason Pierre-Paul) and forcing 1 INT (LB Patrick Queen).

NOTE THE QUOTE NBC'S CHRIS SIMMS ON QB LAMAR JACKSON: "Lamar is arguably the greatest one-man show in the sport right now. [The Ravens are] a run-first football team that really relies on his right arm to make magic happen. He will dice you up in the pocket. He’s making better decisions and better high-level throws than at any point in his career this year.”

✗ The Ravens lead the regular season series vs. New York, 4-2,

WEEK 6 SPOTLIGHT

including a 2-2 mark under head coach John Harbaugh. These clubs last met during the 2020 campaign, with Baltimore prevailing 27-13 at M&T Bank Stadium.

✗ Baltimore seeks its third-straight road victory, last winning at New England (37-26) in Week 3. The Ravens also look to improve to 4-2 overall, which would mark the sixth (2010, 2011, 2014, 2018 & 2019) such occurrence during the Coach Harbaugh Era.
