Skiing in Le Plagne

“Thirty -two of our lovely Year 9 and 10 pupils enjoyed a fantastic ski trip to La Plagne over the Easter break, blessed with bluebird skies and an incredible 28 cm of fresh powder snow. The progress made over the week was outstanding, with beginners finishing the trip as confident high intermediates and the intermediate group pushing into advanced stages. Our advanced group rose to an extra challenge by competing in the ESF Slalom, where Ben Gambi claimed an impressive win against competitors from other schools. Off the slopes, pupils made the most of evenings bowling and taking part in a week -long Traitors game, which quickly became a highlight of the trip. It was a brilliant week of skiing, laughter and lasting memories for everyone involved. A huge thank you to Mr Fenton for organising such an outstanding trip.” Mr Wood
