Extra rich flavour VANILLA REMONCE LUX
Bakels Vanilla Remonce Lux is a palm oil–free, fat-based remonce with an extra rich and complex vanilla flavour derived from two different vanilla varieties, one of which is Bourbon vanilla.
It has a fine yellow colour that gives the finished products an extra luxurious appearance.
The remonce has a smooth consistency and does not contain almond or apricot kernels.
Ready to use in sweet yeast doughs, Danish pastries, and soft cakes.
