Day 1 Welcome Arrive at Huka Lodge to a warm welcome. Explore the 17-acre parkland surrounds at leisure and meander along the riverbanks to take in views of the deep turquoise green waters of the Waikato River.
Check in / Airport transfers Check-in time is 2pm. Where possible, flexibility with early check-in will be provided. The lodge operates complimentary airport transfers connecting with scheduled flights to Taupō Airport shared with fellow guests. Private transfers can be arranged for an additional charge.
Day 1 Afternoon This afternoon, take up a gentle pursuit, perhaps pétanque or a leisurely game of tennis before retiring to the shade of the willows that line the riverbanks, easing into the relaxed vibe and pleasing surrounds of Huka Lodge.
