Stephanie leads the marketing and business development efforts at B2 Design Co and has over 20 years experience designing unique hospitality experiences. She understands the importance of collaborating with brands, developers, and interior design firms.

Caroline offers experience across senior living, multifamily, and custom cabinetry design. Her passion for senior living is deeply personal, shaped by witnessing her grandmother live with Alzheimer’s, an experience that continues to influence her commitment to designing interiors that nurture connection and inspire well-being.
Senior Project Manager Christine brings 14 years of experience as an interior designer and project manager specializing in senior living environments.
