Home Delivered Meals are for home-bound individuals, and we do safety and wellness checks when delivering nutritious meals on a weekly basis. For more information about Home Delivered Meals, please contact the YWCA SGV Covina office.

Case Management Services located in the North Recreation Center are forAzusa residents that are 60 years of age or older or for adults that are 18 or older who are frail or disabled. Service appointments are first come first serve. A case manager can assist with the following: home delivered meals, medical equipment, social security, supplemental security income, & more.
