Scope of Work Architectural and interior design of gas station facilities of varying sizes. The fast track construction was planned over a timeline of 90 to 120 calendar days, depending upon the scale of services provided at the individual stations.

Programs Gas bar, convenience store of various sizes with partner food outlets, auto carwash, automobile services like lube express and quick repair workshops, service/plant rooms. Architecture Design The single storey buildings were designed in combination of reinforced concrete frame and block work infill, steel portal frames, steel framed roof structures, and aluminium composite roofing. Interior finishes used were paint, acrylic coverings, granite and ceramic tiles. Duties Project Manager - Preparation of design drawings, tender drawings, design coordination. Also responsible for the project accounts.

Scope of Services Iconic twin towers located on the main spine of Dubai, Sheikh Zayed road were initially designed as mixed use 45 storey structures. Later another 18 storeys were added in addition to roof decks and health club floor. Programs Since the building was leased to a chain of hotels an identical tower was added before ground breaking of the first tower. The two identical towers were converted to a hotel (Angsana Hotel and Suites) with over 350 guest rooms and other facilities like hotel apartments, bars, coffee shops and seminar/meeting rooms. Architecture Design The design conceived was based on the concept of providing maximum floor area flexible in use, in addition to designing efficient services for the two towers. Duties Presentation drawings and three dimensional simulation of the model for the approval of client and marketing of the project.

Scope of Services Architectural detailed drawings based on conceptual sketches prepared by French architect Xavier Bohl. Preparation of drawings for Municipality and other statutory authorities’ approvals. Programs Each block (1-7) consisted of condominiums ranging from bachelor/studios to three bed room luxury apartments, below grade parking garages and utility rooms. Architecture Design The design of super structure was reinforced concrete columns and beams, and block masonry walls. External finishes were kept in different shades of rough stucco, mixed with facades in stone finish for accent. Duties Detailed design of condominium blocks in a team of three architects and two technicians, for designing and detailing of seven condominium building blocks.
