I'm thrilled to re-announce my recent journey into real estate. Yes, I know- realtors are leaving the industry in masses and here I am. But for me, this is perfect timing! I listened to my entrepreneurial spirit and explored different paths for about a year and I searched for a space where I could leverage my previous career knowledge instead of making a complete shift. Eventually, I found my way back into real estate—the place where I truly belong. Only this time, I’m all in and I’m betting on myself. There's nothing more fulfilling for me than utilizing what I like to call “my trainer brain”, to help individuals. As an advisor, I’m able to help others achieve their goal of either owning a home or building and expanding their investment portfolio and everything real estate related in between. Owning real estate has been a dream of mine since I was younger. I bought my first home at 23 and my first investment at 25, the way it felt to know it was mine was indescribable. I've always believed owning real estate is the path to financial freedom, be it in residential or commercial sectors. Though it took some time, I've come to realize that this profession brings me genuine happiness. -Ashley
