Refer a friend T&Cs

Effective Date: 19 September 2025 Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. General • These terms apply to referrals made on or after 19/09/2025. • Any claims relating to referrals submitted before 19/09/2025 will be managed under the previous scheme rules. Terms & Conditions: The employee making the referral must: • Submit the official Refer a Friend form before, or at the time, the candidate applies. Referrals cannot be submitted retrospectively. • Be employed by Axis CLC in a permanent role, • Have worked for Axis CLC for at least 6 months, • Have passed their probation period, • Not be serving a notice period, • Still be employed at the time the referral payment is due, and • Not be the hiring manager or direct line manager for the vacancy. • Referral payments will only be made after the referred candidate has successfully completed their 6-month probation period, confirmed by HR and the hiring manager. • All referrals must be submitted using the official “Refer a Friend” form, and the vacancy must have been raised through the vacancy request form process. • This scheme applies only to permanent positions and fixed-term contracts with a minimum duration of 12 months. The scheme will not apply if: • The referrer is under disciplinary action, • The referred candidate is under disciplinary action or has their probation period extended, • The referred candidate was previously introduced to Axis CLC by an agency and is still within that agency’s ownership period, • The referred candidate has previously been employed by Axis CLC within the preceding 12 months, • The candidate had already applied, was already in discussion with Axis CLC regarding employment, or had already been identified or approached by the business or Recruitment team before the referral was made, • The vacancy is for an apprenticeship role or a position with a starting salary of £28,000 or less. • Where more than one employee claims to have referred the same candidate, the referral bonus will only be paid to one employee. • The eligible referrer will normally be the first employee to submit a completed Refer a Friend form in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
