For Riverside, we provide a refurbishment service at Ministry of Defence properties on the Cosford Estate in Shropshire which contains125 homes and a further 22 houses in Market Drayton. The properties are generally 2-bedroom semi-detached properties. Our scope includes internal day-to-day repairs and restorations. Our team, based in Oldbury, also provides full internal redecorations including carpets and vinyl flooring finishes. Externally we have installed uniform black front doors and a side light. We also installed garage doors to the properties.
