Housing 21 - Berryhill Village ADAPTED KITCHENS AND BATHROOMS REFURBISHMENT
Project Details Housing 21 appointed CLC to deliver a £1.3m refurbishment programme at Berryhill Village, a large Extra Care scheme. The project focused on the full refurbishment of kitchens and wet rooms across the scheme while residents remained in occupation. Delivered through an established framework and building on a long-standing relationship with the client, the programme aimed to improve both the quality and functionality of living spaces, while increasing the long-term value of the asset. Works were completed between March and December 2025, delivered on time and within budget. The programme spanned approximately nine months and was carefully sequenced to maintain access and minimise disruption in a live environment.
