• Full strip, overlay, or replacement of pitched and flat roofing • Removal and replacement of fascia, soffits, barge boards, and rainwater goods • Repointing of chimney stacks and installation of new flashings • Erection of scaffolding, edge protection, and safe access systems • Asbestos removal works in compliance with HSE regulations • Installation of new underfelt, tiling battens, and ventilated tiling systems • Secondary flat roof insulation and replacement works • Loft insulation upgrades, including raised storage platforms where required • Colour-matched roof tiles and accessories to blend with existing structures
Properties included residential blocks (flats/maisonettes) including sheltered blocks and residential single-family dwellings ( houses/bungalows). Our contract involved both pitched and flat roof systems, incorporating full replacement, overlay works and targeted repairs to maintain structural integrity, prevent water ingress, and improve thermal efficiency. The project scope included the safe removal and disposal of existing roof coverings, asbestos-containing materials (where present), and associated fixtures, with reinstatement works completed to current UK building compliance standards.
