Three-storey Office Fit-out Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn, 14 South Square, central London
Highlights To provide new office facilities for the Inns of Court College of Advocacy, The Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn contracted Axis to conduct a complete reorganisation and refurbishment at basement, ground, first and second floor levels at their premises at 14 South Square. Following a full strip out, we reconfigured the ground floor space to provide a new reception area, a DDA‑compliant WC, a teapoint and two meeting rooms with a partition wall between. Our reconfiguration of the first floor provided an open plan office area, enclosed photocopier area, a private office, a teapoint and two unisex WCs. And on the second floor we remodelled the space to create an open plan office area, unisex WCs plus shower, a private office and a small meeting room.
